“Excellent Hotel - Friendly, Clean, Peace & Quiet”

The Ping Hanoi Hotel is an excellent Hotel for those seeking a chance to experience Hanoi away from the city center chaos. Situated near Hanoi's iconic My Dinh Stadium, this hotel is very clean and within walking distance to some large shopping centers. Rooms are kept very clean and tidy, but what makes this hotel stand out from nay that I have stayed in is the friendly staff and English speaking management. Suitable for Leisure, Business and short stays if needing to head out to the airport early. For the comfort and safe stay - this hotel offers a great value. Not to mention also that their breakfast in the morning is by far one of the best attempts at replicating western styles. Don't be intimidated by the location, once you put that behind you, you have a chance to really see how Vietnamese people live, and be a part of the friendly atmosphere. The friendly hotel receptionist and team can help you with any requests, and if that's not enough, be assured the manager will also most likely introduce himself to you and make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. One of the few hotels in Hanoi where the manager is present at all times. The choice of decor in the room is modern and fresh, bright colours as you can see in the pictures. Often you see pictures and arrive at the hotel and it is different, however this was exactly the same - good sign of honesty. :) Dont bother staying at the nearby expensive Crown Hotel where your you will only become a number. Because you will find your 5 star service at Ping a memorable one! certainly I have. :) I Will definitely be back next time im in town. Richard - From Australia.

My short stay at Ping”

I needed a short stay option in Hanoi and came across Ping Hotel. The price was good and the location was close enough for my needs. The room was clean, and all of the in-room amenities were all satisfactory. I really liked the wifi which really was all that I needed so that I can continue to do work as I was on a business trip anyway. All in, a positive experience.

New, clean and comfortable hotel”

We books 2 rooms for a family of 4. The room is so big it can accomodate all 4 of us in 1 room. It has all the stuff you want for a hotel room, hair dryer, slipper, premium cable TV Channel..etc. It a new hotel so all the hardware is pratically very new and clean. The location is quite deep in and remote. But it is here where we can really taste the average life of Hanoi living. Imagine we are there for my son footbal tournament in My Dinh Youth Training Sports Center which is aound 2 km away and a bottle of soft drinks offer there cost 20K Vietname Don. In the shop around Ping hotel cost 45K VD for 5. Landry service is very very affordable in this hotel too. And if you like big shopping mall (Garden Mall...etc) there is a few around the vicinity. But don't expect the goods there will be anything cheaper. If your main purpose is like mine (football), Pink hotel is quite a good alternative to Crowe Plaza. Meter taxi is availbe outside of the hotel or 100m walk to the main road and the highest fare I ever paid to Youth Training Sports Center is 42K VD.

It was very excellent. The location is located in walking distance to conference venues but offers very affordable price. The service includes transportation, which was excellent, friendly, punctual and clean. While the room, lobby and resto are relatively small but very clean, nicely arrange and comfortable. The staffs are accommodative from distributing tourist infos, exchanging foreign money until friendly small talks. It is highly recommended budgey hotel in Hanoi.

Our stay Ping Hotel was very good considering its affordable price. Their rooms, beds, comfort rooms are big and clean. Our 7 night stay was truly a great experience. It may be situated in an inner road but taxi would always be accessible.

new hotel with clean room”

If you wanna feel the real Hanoi, You should definately go to the hotel located in the old quarter area. But if you prefer to stay at the new city where it is quite and so much cleaner than old quarter, I would say you should stay at this hotel. It's new, clean and staffs are very kind. But since all the attractions are in the old quarter, if you ever wanna go to some places for fun, you need to taxi which would cost you around 10 dollars for round. And breaky is very very simple, you can choose one out of five menus including Pho noodle. Since it's new hotel, it seems like not too many taxi drivers know where it is, you might have to write down its address as well as its phone number.

I just want to say Ping Hotel really had a great staff. If going to Hanoi for business around this area, then Ping Hotel is good value for money.

Comfortable and clean room for a good price. Location was not in a busy street so less noise at night. There is also a nice coffee shop downstairs!

the hotel may be a little out of the way but it was ok for us as we wanted a place to sleep before we went to airport. the staff were very helpful even to the point of having the air con warming the room before we arrived and getting some lunch for us while we relaxed in room as it was a little past lunch time. the hotel is clean and looks as if it has been just built as there is a few things that are not finished or not look quite finished but don't let that put you off because the room was clean and the water hot, the bed was comfortable. if i went to the city again i would stay there again.

Near Stadium”

It was nice staying in this hotel. We went for a sports business trip so it's a great location if you want to stay near the are of their stadium. Staff are accommodating and great food store,too.

I extended to stay here”

it is far from the down town. i had to pay more than 100 nhgin dn by taxi when i meet vietnamese friends. however, this hotel is reasonable. the staff is very kind. if i needed something, i could buy at c mart.

Bog standard low cost business hotel”

This is a very basic low-cost hotel. It is relatively new inside with modern features, but many rooms do not have windows, and those that do have windows may be exposed to a lot of road noise. The hotel felt safe enough. Quite a lot of cockroaches around. But hey, for the price, it's hard to beat.

The hotel is good and not close to the main road, but get to high way easy to airport or other province no any traffic problem.

Ordinary hotel, but good value”

This was a cheap option close to Marriott where our function was being held. The taxi got lost getting there so not easy to find although it was a good location for us to get to our meetings next day. The price was the reason we took this hotel, as Marriott was out of budget. Rooms are big and functional, but noise of other guests at night was a problem. Breakfast included and the food was good. Staff attentive and helpful. But would not return and will stay elsewhere next time.

The room is clean but attitude of Manager no good”

Not as good as what I think of. Hotel Manager attitude initially was bad & not courtesy when talking. Unlikely to recommend my friends for this hotel unless otherwise.

About room”

The Staffs were excellent. The building is old and my room did not have any window to the outside ; I felt that there is no oxygen in my room.

Ants in the room”

Ants were found in the round on the bed, on the floor and on the table! On my last day of stay, I took breakfast and lunch in the hotel and had diarrhea. There are flies flying around the breakfast buffet...
