Perfect choice for family with kid”

I booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and one 10-month old baby at Phu Quoc Villa and I have exceeded my expectation. Pros: - Large room which is equipped with large bed, bathtub and quiet environment; - Good location: 10-minute drive to the center of Phu Quoc island. - Common area for guest: kitchen, laundry and clothes rack; - Friendly and helpful staff, especially Mrs. Hai (Dì Hai) who cook great meal for us; - Reasonable price. Cons: - No swimming pool (will be available in 2020); - Quite far from the beach: 10-minute walk from the Villa across the road; - Risk of mosquito due to bushy plants around the Villa. I would totally recommend Phu Quoc Villa for others who travel with family and I, myself, will definitely book Phu Quoc Villa for our next visit.

It's just an amazing time!”

We looked many places in Phu Quoc then we chose Phu Quoc Villa. I booked my stay there but on the departure day something happened that we missed the flight, we had to rebook the tickets and I called the hotel to help me change my time (my booking on agoda is canot be cancelled or refund - I paid all the fee for 3 nights). They were so nice and agreed for me to change the stay days without any fee. First thank you! And all the services there is also good, they have washing machine for you to Self-washing clothes, they have the kitchen for you to cook... Rooms are also good with bathtub, clean and big comfort bed Only one thing to complain is mosquito! Lots of mosquitoes! But cannot blame the hotel because Phu Quoc island is the capital of mosquitoes all over the world!!! I'll come back here on my next visit to Phu Quoc!

Phu Quoc Villas is worthy to stay”

Phu Quoc Villas is worthy to stay. Services are wonderful and the host is helpful, friendly, ... You can rent motobike with cheap price. Villa is convenient to go to anywhere in town. The room is very clean and tidy; it is tidied up everyday or whenever you go out. The host always takes care of you and gives you some useful advice on what to buy, where to go,... You can feel like as your home, you can use washing machine, cook for yourself....all are quite free of charge. It surprises me a great deal. I am sure that I will come back here on the next occasion of flying to Phu Quoc island. You will never regret spending time here like me. I bet. I hope you soon come here and enjoy your trip.

Good choice”

Simply fantastic choice to consider in Phu Quoc. The location is nice; it located in a remote area that are not crowd, so it was really quite throughout the day. The staff was very helpful. The furnish is simply so wonderful for the price it offer. they also offer to sell tour at the receptionist, rent bike for free, etc. would recommend this villa to anyone.

Increasable facilities, wonderful staff, close to the beach and a bit removed from the centre ”

The place is fantastic - would rate it 4.8 stars. Bed is the best one we have seen in over 2 months, shared kitchen is a bonus (breakfast can now be ordered at an extra cost)..Bathroom has a rain shower stall (no wet floors) and a bathtub with a shower as well. Pham and his staff are wonderful - very very helpful. It is a little removed from the centre, (very quiet) so a motorbike or car is really neeeed - he does have new bicycles for use. 5 minute walk to the beach .Fresh fruit & veggie market is 50 meters away. We really enjoyed our week here - second time this year on Phu Quoc - can't really say enough good things about the place. Will DEFINATLEY STAY here again!

Has everything you need!”

Let's face it - Phu Quoc Villa is no JW Marriott. But for the price, it's a winner. It has everything you need - wifi, hairdryer, bathtub, aircon, water, fridge, and even motorcycles you can rent for about USD6 a day (150k VND). The location is not too far from town, about 10 min away on motorbike. The beach is opposite the road - mind you, it's crowded as it's hard to find a public beach that hasn't been taken over by a resort :( I might just stay here again if I ever return! If you don't get breakfast in your booking, Happy An restaurant is just round the corner and they serve great pancakes. The only two cons are that they don't clean the rooms daily (we returned one day to clean towels and a made-up bed but the cups were unwashed and some sand was still on the floor - but that's fine with us as we weren't expecting 5 star service) and the road in gets super flooded and muddy which ensures some brown spots on the back of your pants or legs! Staff are relatively pleasant and helpful too.

Great hotel with lovely room, friendly and helpful staff. Their hospitality, kindness and generousity made us feel like being at our sweet home. Definitely stay here again should we are back to Phu Quoc.

Clean comfortable stay”

POSITIVE POINTS The place looks quite new, is efficient cleaned and offers a good night's rest with it big comfortable beds. Good WiFi rooms 103 to 108 but not room 109. Good selection of TV programs. NEGATIVE POINTS Water smells rusty. Nearby construction and not near the night market nor the jetty. Access road gets soggy after the rain. Recommended as a good clean comfortable budget place. My next stay in Phu Quoc will probably be near the Seashells Hotel which is more central or the Godiva which offers decent bkf and great friendly service.

Best value in Phu Quoc”

Overall: Nice, spacious room with modern amenities and friendly staff Pros: Very luxurious room and huge bathroom with shower and tub, extremely comfortable bed, plenty of seating indoor and out, A/C and fan cool the room quickly, free bicycle use, plenty of English channels on tv, great value for the price. Cons: Somewhat difficult to find (pass the Long Beach Center and take a left at the bottom of the hill on Cua Lap, then another left on the next road), need to drop off the key each time you leave the property. More: I've been touring Vietnam and Cambodia the past week and this room was way nicer than anywhere else I stayed. They rent motorbikes but I've been eating like a pig so the bicycle gave me a nice workout on the nearby hills. I wouldn't suggest walking from town, especially in the rain but it is possible.  I would never consider staying anywhere else on the island after such a relaxing trip. Nice”

I think the place is sympathetic and staff is great. The pool is beautiful but not big and a little bit shady. The beach is not too far. It is not in the center of Long beach but there were nice restaurants around and Duong Dong center is in a few kilometers. The roosters were disturbing my sleep in the very early morning quite a lot.

off the beaten path”

this villa is just off one of the main roads and around a bend or two but if you're looking for a big room that's modern and clean and five minutes from the beach, this is it. I spend the first two days at a "resort" which other than being on the beach, wasn't that great at twice the price. while the beach was nice at the resort there were several signs warning against swimming -- which begs the point, why bother getting a hotel on the beach. also, do not miss a bar called Rory's. it's about five minutes or so from the hotel by taxi or maybe 15 minute walk. It's on the beach and has a great atmosphere and good food. I'm not being paid to say so.

Wonderful stay! ”

Great hospitality from the hotel staff, especially Long who never failed to attend to our needs. Rented a bike from the villa which broke down on the highway, but Long came right away to exchange bikes with us. The room is spacious and clean, and is well worth the price we paid. Would love to come back again! Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one :)

Clean environment and nice services”

We went to the villa on a rainy day. And the road to the villa is affected by water logging. But it’s not anyone’s fault. We just hope we can walk to the street normally. Besides, there is a miscommunication between the tour company and receptionist of the villa. We are failed to catch up a local tour. However, the staff provided an option to us to join a similar tour. We appreciate of the service and the tour so much. Thank you

Amazing experience!”

The villa was recently built or renovated, very clean and spacious. The reception was very helpful at all times. In few months they'll finish a pool which they are building right now (May 2019). The only minor problem - it's a 10+ min walk to long beach or most of the restaurants.

Best place to stay in Phu Quoc”

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The staffs were very helpful and kind, they even let us late checkout due to our late flight. They provided motorcycle rent and options for tours. The place is such a five star for their price. I would recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay there again if we come back!

It worth more than 2 stars. Reasonable price, room was large enough. Motorcycle provided, same as market price. Transportation definitely needed you're planning to travel around the island. Vinpearland shuttle bus station at the intersection of the villa.

This place is a great value for it's price. The room is all there is, no pool, but who needs that when just a short walk is a great beach. SCOOTER RENTALS and fair pricing for them. This is a family owned place and they are great people. Eat his mom's pho, you won't be disappointed. Bathroom was on point, bed was comfortable and ac is cold. Would recommend if you can live without the extravagant amenities of a resort.
