Amazing staff”
My partner and i had a truly wonderful getaway at Phu Quoc Valley Resort! The staff were not only courteous but they made sure we were happy and satisfied with our visit. On the last day of the trip, i had food poisoning and the staff were so sweet as to pass me basic medicine to help me feel better. Truly great service from the staff! Cant wait to go back again!

Tranquil hideaway ”
A wonderful weekend away out of the city. The beach is a definite drive away in the golf cart, but is not the nicest beach on Phu Quoc. Food at the resort is also pretty average, but satisfactory. However the hotel itself and the staff that run it are both fantastic. It was the perfect location for an easy and relaxing weekend away. Will happily go back at some point.

If you love natural environment you should choose Phu Quoc Valley. Nice out door & in door shower in the room but hot shower a bit difficult to control. Our room with private jacuzzin which is very lovely. The staff in the hotel are super helpful and friendly. I would give 5 stars rating to the staff Thank you

Lovely resort in a small lane around 700 away from Tran Hung Dao Street - Main Street in Phu Quoc. Suitable for group of friend or couple who love adventure, it's would be a perfect getaway. The resort is exactly what you see in the photo, considering the price, it's value for money. Staff are very nice and helpful!

Best place ever !!!! I truly recommend!!!!”
We booked for 2 nights in the Phuquoc valley resort. Actually we had a problem for finding this resort because there was so complicated and not right direction in the google map. But except only for the finding of the resort, everything was absolutely perfect!!! All of the agents are really really friendly and kind, and really lovely. They tried to remember all the guests' names, and we could feel the warmness. And the place was really quiet, private, feel like heaven! I do mean it. If you book here, you will definitely satisfy. Paradise from the real world”
I booked here AGAIN this September, and also 2 years ago. All the staffs are most kind people compared with other resorts, and they really DO know what the customers want exactly, and prepare or assist for those things. Of course, the location is quite difficult to find(also even for some taxi drivers), but that's why we should pick here. We are definitely separated from the real world, and could release our stress. I honestly recommand this resort if you are interested with the quiet and isolated place. Thank you for this resort once again, for all staffs kindness and honest heart for the visitors:)

Friendly Staff”
Innovative room design with solar hot water. We like the privacy setup of each unit and the cleanliness of open bathroom. It seems to be very energy efficient when the ac unit is provided for the bedroom and not for the bathroom necessity. I liked the inside outside design layout and how the unit feels very open to the courtyard when the window panels are open to the front porch. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They helped us rent a moped and it solved the problem of the resort's location. As a matter of fact, we had a very pleasant time at this resort. It was very relaxing and peaceful comparing to the busy tourist areas along the beach.

good for chilling out”
The hotel is a bit off from the main road, about 20-25 minutes walk up on mid valley. It is a good chill out place to relax for just a few days, although we walked out everyday. The only drawback is the shower tap which is not strong and we had to wait for a long time for hot water, and it's not hot indeed. (fortunately and unfortunately the weather was cool when we were there, and a cold shower seemed a bit painful)

The staff were outstanding- always very friendly and helpful. Decor of the hotel was amazing. Suites and rooms, including bathrooms were exceptionally beautiful. Booking and Check in/check out service was brilliant. Facilities are excellent comfortable room, view from room was awesome, nice pools, quiet location, free bike. But this should be no excuse considering the amount of money that you pay to stay here. There isn't really anything to say for things to be better. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and Tranquil located in the valley”
If you loved the quietness, you will love it here.... It's like you are in your own world. Staff is helpful and have free shuttle back and fro airport. Feel really nice and comfortable here. Pool and surrounding is well maintained, make you feel zen. :) Only things is back and fro daily. No lighting on the way to resort, can be dangerous.

Surroundings is quiet and peaceful but the location is slightly far from main road (might need to rent a motorcycle), nevertheless, the hotel provide airport transfer free of charged. Staff is very friendly, service is excellent. Breakfast is limited choice (but is good especially the seafood fried rice). The hotel also organise the free barbecue dinner for us during our stay. Room is clean, spacious. Bathroom is excellent, mattress is comfortable. We will definitely to stay in this hotel again.

We love the bathtub in front the room and the cocktail and the breakfast and the staff and anything in the hotel! The staff are helpful and friendly, the breakfast and cocktail is tasty, the room is special and relaxing us! The only problem is , it needs time for waiting the hot water when u take a shower. All in all, the hotel is great and satisfying!

Too far from the beach and no hot shower”
Pros: staff were very helpful and nice, especially Ian, who went out of his way to help us. Room was clean and nicely decorated, California king-sized bed, nice outdoor facilities. Breakfast was decent. Cons: no hot shower and the water was cold to lukewarm. Our room came with a bathtub but it wasn't a hot tub, just plain cold water with jets. Waited an hour for food during dinner. Lots of bugs (though they gave us mosquito repellant). One major let down is that this resort recommended John's Tours to us as the "better tour." Whatever you do, please DO NOT go on any of the John's Tours. They are a tourist scam. I would pay the money to NOT go on the tour --complete, utter waste of time. Took us to a bunch of "local sites" where they tried to sell us fish sauce, pearls, sim. Then we were taken onto an old boat and given snorkeling gears near an island but couldn't see anything. Squid fishing was also a scam, cheap gears. Dinner included fried instant ramen. Terrible tour experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its only drawback which is also its advantage is the location. It is hidden from the main road. And if you don't drive a motorbike it might be a problem. There are transfers to the nearest part of Long Beach by golf car. But I wouldn't say I loved this part of the beach. But the great thing is the quiet, relaxed atmosphere. You don't hear bikes and motorbikes driving by. The service was great. All the staff was extremely friendly and helping.

Close to nature”
Far from city, quiet place, close to nature. The hotel is 5 mins ride away from the main road. Luckily we can easily get grab or hotel shuttle service to reach the place. Standard room is normal and clean just that the electricity was cut off during our stays due to 2 days ago the hotel was strike by thunder storm.
