Cozy room, comfortable beds and it&#39;s close to everything. It is a really good place to stay on a budget but also enjoy a bit of comfort.
The Wi-Fi didn&#39;t work properly in my room, but I think in other rooms it works well.

The family is ver nice and knid. But They keep asking that Where are u going??? Why don&#39;t u buy tour here??? Why don&#39;t u buy bus tickets here??? It is so annoying and stressful. And They never clean the room and They never change towel. I booked 3 nights there. I did not book a tour with them so they gave me cold bread.

Second time we stay in this place coz of - nice view from the balcony - central location - totally clean room - choice for a breakfast (both food and drinks) After raining day they washed and dried out clothes just in a few hours (for some extra cost of course), thanks again for that

Everyone was very friendly, the room was big and had a cabinet where you could store your things. The breakfast was also good. It is well located on the main street.
The seams on the sheets made them a little uncomfortable.

There are no complaints at all about the room. It was very spacious and well decorated, and if you just want a nice room somewhere it&#39;s great value for money. We had a little balcony and a clean private bathroom, and the TV was nice to have for the price. The location is as central as it gets without being noisy, with plenty of good restaurants just a few doors down.
We didn&#39;t feel very welcomed by the family. They were friendly at first until it was clear we weren&#39;t getting any tours etc. through them, then went cold. When we walked in they would look at us but no smiles or nods. The laundry was very expensive compared to everywhere else we&#39;ve been, so overall it just felt like they wanted money off us. The breakfast was more basic than most homestays, a bit small and without any fruit on the side (e.g. I got a bread roll and a jar of peanut butter on a plate). We saw a lot of other reviews saying they prepared an early breakfast but when we asked for one before our DMZ bus to Hue we got a straight up no. We wouldn&#39;t mind this if they&#39;d just been more friendly about it. The next morning one of the older women gave us a banana and some water each, which was a nice surprise. She waved us off nicely for our bus. Just overall we felt unwelcome here.

The staff speaks only a little English, but they were very kind and helped us with everything we needed. Room was very clean, location very good, breakfast also tasty, prices were fair.
When we arrived we got a room without TV despite booking a room with TV. Fortunately, we were given another room, this time with TV. But the TV remote wasn&#39;t working and also wi-fi wasn&#39;t working on our floor. Thanks to a very kind staff, these issues were fixed the other day. We also had some troubles with the rented motorbike, but they fixed that as well
