Amazing - best place we have stayed at in Vietnam ”
My partner and I, are currently traveling south east Asia and have to say, without a doubt, this is the best place we have stayed in so far. The place itself is set in a beautiful location, just outside of the main town area, but it was so easy to get to with the free bikes they offer but also my walking. The staff were so helpful, not only about the area but helping us find local bus timetables or tours - we honestly felt like one of the family. The hotel itself is very clean with great facilities. We are over the moon with this accommodation and if we could, we would of stayed longer.

Awesome Stay”
Hoa was an exceptional host to us during the 3 days we stayed, helping us with booking our caves & zip lining tour. Bungalows are very clean & new with a beautiful view of the mountains and river. Food was amazing. Free bikes to ride into town & to the Phong Nha cave. Would 100% stay here again if I ever return to Phong Nha.

The staff, , especially the receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late, but we're still provided with warm food upon arrival. Would definitely recommend and stay again

This place is a bit far from town center but it has great river view. The owner is a super lady, she can support everything you may need: either food cooking, motorbike rental, or drive her car to drop you to the airport.

Great staff but the location isn’t ideal. There are no cabs in phong nha so I would stay closer to the town next time! They do let you borrow their bike!

Bad customer service, stay away like a plague”
The owner / operator had little responsibility and very rude customer services. Our family with 1 eleven and 1 five yr old kids just went there to be rejected by the owner to save the unit for a group of tourist whom rent more rooms. Although we booked in advanced for 2 weeks and we came earlier than the group, and with two kids in noon time. The owner even said that she didn't know our book, even when we shown her the confirmation. We had to move to other homestay as neglective behavior of the owner. Luckily we found a homestay with warmed heart owner. All in all, With their relative high price comparing to other competitors, the service should be miles better. We do not recommendation this place for solo family with kids. Many better options out there.

Too far away from main street, no food options. Bathrooms have rusty showers that leak. Staff are not very welcoming or friendly and don't speak any English, could only communicate through Google translate. Would definitely recommend staying closer to town unless you are willing to ride a bicycle 3km everyday or rent a motorbike.

Idealer Ort, um zu entspannen ”
Wir waren 5 Tage hier. Wir besichtigten 2 Höhlen. Es wurde perfekt vom Resort organisiert. Dann erhielten wir kostenfreie Fahrräder. Damit sind wir einbisschen durch die Gegend geradelt. Restaurant ist im Resort, es gibt noch das Bomb crater Cafe, da kann man auch essen. Dann sind wir nach Dong Hoi. Den Bus hält man vorm Resort an. Der fährt auch am Flughafen vorbei. Vorher bescheid sagen und der Bus hält. Sind dann noch 400m.40.000dong pro Person. Neben den Höhlen, war eine Fahrradtour mit unserem Guide aus dem Resort in die Bamboo village ein absolutes highlight. Das muss man gesehen. Das ländliche Vietnam und dann die phantastische, bergige Landschaft. Im Sommer ist hier 3km tubing angesagt. Vielen Dank nocheinmal an das Team vom Escape.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft ein bisschen außerhalb des Hauptortes direkt am Fluss gelegen. Freier Fahrradverleih, viele Tipps und absolut gute Betreuung. Würde jederzeit wieder dort absteigen.

Best place in Phong Nha”
E. P ở vị trí đẹp và yên tĩnh - đi dọc cả đường duy nhất E. P ở bên sát sông + mới xây từ 5/2019 Phòng sạch sẽ có bể bơi đủ sâu để ng nc ngoài bơi Đáng tiền nhất là dịch vụ và nhân viên ở đây. Mình đi đến hơi sớm cũng chỉ tính gửi đồ và đi chơi đến giờ check in nhưng nv đã chủ động để bọn mình vào luôn. Trong suốt 1 ngày ở nv hết sức hỗ trợ mình ngày về Đồng Hới còn cố gắng gọi xe cho mình đi. Nếu có dịp du lịch ở đây thì sẽ là nơi m muốn ở
