What a perfectly wonderful hotel”

Hi! I stayed with a friend for three days at The Pham Gia Boutique Villa. At first, there was a little reviews of Koreans, so I did not know whether it was a good place or not, but in the end, the hotel made us a perfect memory in Hoi An. The hospitality of the owner, smile and consideration of the staff ... Besides, delicious breakfast and clean room condition! It was really perfect ... ㅠㅠ If I go to Hoi An next time, it is good enough to come to this place unconditionally! To wear shoes in a hotel room is very inconvenient for me, but here was really nice to take my shoes off and go barefoot, and it was like a house in my home. It's as clean as being able to walk around barefoot! It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the Old Town, but it is nice to be able to see the surroundings and it was nice to be quiet than anything else. I was very satisfied! Actually I did not really want to write review, because I want to know only such a good place. KKK... *^0^*

Great place to stay!!”

I stayed at the Pham Gia Homestay for a few nights and could not recommend it enough. It is newly built and finished to high standard and impeccable taste. Very modern throughout. We had a suite on the first floor which was very big, with a huge shower and bathroom. The homestay was in a nice and quite area. It is about a ten minute walk to the old town but Thy (the owner) also offered bikes which were so handy and only took a few minutes to get there. I would recommend the bikes as it is a lovely way to get around when in Hoi An. The beach is also only about 10 minute cycle from the hotel in the opposite direction and you pass some rice paddys on the way; great for photos in the evening when workers are about! We also had breakfast included which was really good. Fruits, meats, cheese, fresh bread, eggs made to order to your liking and fresh Vietnamese coffee (hot or iced) which was great. Pham Gia was spotless clean and I would definitely recommend and hopefully return some day soon as I loved both the hotel and Hoi An. Thy was also great, very helpful if you needed anything. He showed us how to get around and organised trips if you wanted them, he also organised our transfers to the train station at a reasonable price. We left a painting we had bought in the back of the transfer car and didn't realised until we got to Nha Trang. I emailed Thy and he even went out of his way to post it to our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City (our next stop)! Thanks guys for the wonderful stay :-)

Wonderful Stay”

We loved our stay at Pham Gia. The owners arranged a pickup at 6:00am for us at the Da Nang train station after contacting them only 8 hours before. It was such a relief to blow past all the taxi drivers hawking their rides to Hoi An and hop in our own private car waiting for us. The room at Pham Gia was perfect. Nice and cold air conditioning. A large balcony to sit and overlook the city of Hoi An. The shower is as good as everyone says. :) The breakfast was really great. A nice selection of fruits and eggs made to ore from every morning. Baguettes with salami and cheese(!). Cheese seems to be hard to find in Vietnam. :) The owners will help arrange anything for you and that are very nice.

Great value hotel in a good area ”

Pham Gia Villa is in a quieter part of Hoi An 15-20 minds walk from riverside. At first I thought that that might be a problem,but in fact it proved to be a blessing as we got to know a different part of Hoi An,away from the crowds. The room was excellent - well-appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious.all of this for an excellent price. Our hosts were very attentive. Breakfasts were adequate but there was plenty of it. Highly recommended for mid -price travellers.

Beautiful and relaxing homestay”

We had an amazing time during our 5 nights at Pham Gia. The property is really beautiful and you can tell that a lot of work and love goes into it. The gardens and pool area are so relaxing and the staff are always around any time to help with anything and everything, including organising our transport to the airport. Breakfast was a lovely buffet and you can also organise to have dinner with the owner if you wish. We stayed in a suite room with a nice view of the garden and were very happy. The room was big and very clean. Pham Gia is a short walk from the buzzy part of Hoi An and it was easy to come and go during the day. We really enjoyed our time here and would certainly stay again. Best place in Hoi An”

This is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. I have stayed at many hotels and Pham Gia is by far the best. Its a family run business and they take exceptional care of their property. Its immaculate, well designed, and an overall fantastic experience. They have done small things to stand out, like the candle with mild oil that is burning when you enter the room. Its perfect for a great ambiance without being too noticeable. The spare toilet paper rolls have tasteful coverings. The furniture is well made and in pristine condition. Breakfast is great and the pool is well maintained. I have nothing bad to say and will be staying again when I return to Hoi An next week.

Beautiful gem of a hotel”

The owners and staff made our stay at Pham Gia very memorable. It is such a lovely unique boutique hotel about 10 min walk from the old town. Lovely spacious rooms with a very large bathroom, everything was perfect except that we only had 2 days here. We would highly recommend Pham Gia and will stay here again when we return to Hoi An.

More a charming hotel than a homestay”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pham Gia. The room was clean and comfortable with a good strong shower, (Western) breakfast was simple and plentiful, and it's only a 15 minute walk to the center of the historic center of Hoi An. We were very glad to not be staying right in the center, which would have been too hectic and overwhelming. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating, and made helpful sightseeing and touring recommendations. I'd stay here again, and would happily recommend Pham Gia to my friends.

Perfect”

Would highly recommend! Don’t bother searching for any other accommodation in Hoi An, Pham Gia is perfect. We stayed at another accommodation prior to this and wished we had spent the whole of our time in Hoi An in this Villa! The accommodation is beautiful, the staff are wonderful and so welcoming and the breakfast is perfect. The pool is also an added bonus. Wish we could have stayed longer!

An oasis of calm in beautiful Hoi An ”

We had the most wonderful stay with this lovely family. From the minute we arrived in Da Nang we were treated so well. There was some confusion about what time we would arrive via overnight train, however there was still a driver waiting to collect us. We really loved the location of this cute homestay as it was just close enough to the old time but definitely far out enough to feel relaxed. The area itself has lots of nice places to eat that were far more authentic than offerings within the old town itself. It was a nice walk or cycle along to the beach (about 3km). Ty and his wife were lovely and really helped us organise all aspects of our trip in Hoi An, from looking after the bags post check out to motorbike hire etc. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you for being such lovely hosts and for making our first trip to Vietnam so very special. The whole family went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay - very genuine people. Thanks again Pham Gia and we can’t wait to see you again - Jenny and Lars

We loved this homestay, although it was more like a 5* Hotel! The staff were very friendly, always saying hello and asking if we had slept well. Our room was huge and beautiful. Proper king size hotel bed, and was very comfy. The bathroom was amazing, huge shower with a door with 2 different shower heads and lots of toiletries. Massive balcony to sit out on. Finally fantastic breakfast, we were spoilt, fresh bread, eggs cooked to order, fruit, jam, bacon etc. It’s about a 10 min walk from the old town which was perfect for us as could escape all the crowds! Thank you Pham Gia if we ever come back to Hoi An we would stay here again without a doubt!

Warm and Welcoming Visit to Hoi An”

I can't rave enough about my visit to Hoi An and stay at the Pham Gia Homestay. I felt immediately at home, and the owners did everything they could to make sure I had an amazing trip. They went over and beyond, and even hosted a dinner for us for Christmas Eve.Wifi is fanastic (better than what I get in the US), and breakfast was solid. I liked the location; close enough to the city center without being loud or too touristy. Easy access to roads taking you to the beach or rice paddies. My trip to Hoi An would not have been the same had I not stayed here. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

The best home stay I have ever been, super clean and extremely well maintained facility, great location - couldn't ask for more”

Pham Gia exceeded my expectations. It is located at a quiet place 10 mins walk from city center, still easily accessible to everything if you look for food, coffee or head to beaches. The place has been open for three years to my astonishment, since it looks like just a month old. It is so well maintained and the owner told me he and his wife worked for five star hotel before, they know what to look for and he checks everything himself so nothing impeccable passes his eyes. The room we stayed at is on top floor with a terrace outside. Super clean bedsheet, closet, floor, night table, bathroom, lavatory, nothing stains and everything shines - I normally will feel uneasy if I see any dirty spot, but Pham Gia made me really feel and stay and sleep as home. The staff are very discreet and owner is very honest in recommending transportation and tours. I find this is the best one I have ever stayed with!

Wonderful stay”

We spent 2 nights at Pham Gia and had a great time. The room was spotless & very well appointed. It felt like staying with family as the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was very good & on one morning we were going out cycling and would have to miss breakfast, the team told us to wait for a few minutes while they made us a takeaway breakfast. I would recommend Pham Gia as a great place to stay in Hoi An

Fantastic Boutique Hotel. Feel at home”

My previously booked hotel didn't work out, so I quickly booked a great deal with Pham Gia. I'm very glad I did. This boutique hotel is a little hidden gem a 10 minute walk from the world heritage site. It is easily a 3-4 star comfort hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly, three rooms are very clean and modern, the showers have dual heads and are exquisite, and the complementary breakfast will get you going well in the morning. You'd be glad to stay here!

this homestay is a 5 star homestay. Seriously, the food is good, staff is lovely, pool is clean, rooms are clean and new, it smells good everywhere, silent location so you can sleep well. We loved our 4 nights here. I would not have been anywhere else than Pham Gia Villa here in Hoi An. Thank you.

A Homestay with comfort, class, and warmth”

We very much enjoyed our three nights at Pham Gia Boutique. Ty, the owner, was able to arrange everything we needed from tours, to restaurant recommendations, to good bikes to ride, to a car to the DaNang airport. Since we were not leaving until evening they also let us use their extra bathroom with a shower before we left. The homestay is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the heart of the old city, which is extremely crowded and hectic so this little distance away makes for a quiet atmosphere.

Excellent, well-run, spotless guesthouse”

The Pham Gia is a great base - in a quiet street but a short bicycle ride from the old town. The owners keep it spotless, and the flower-filled garden and pool take it to small boutique hotel levels of comfort, at guesthouse prices. Good, simple breakfast of omelettes made to order, fruit, bread and home made jams. Good Vietnamese coffee, too.

We really enjoyed our time at Pham Gia Homestay. It was in a good location and was impeccably clean. The hosts were very friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this place in Hoi An.
