"We spent a night at this newly opened hotel after a long day at Hellfire pass Memorial Museum and Pha Tad waterfall before go to Sangklaburi the next morning. It was a wonderful experience, the hotel is lovely and peaceful, the service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would love to go back there once again Highly recommended to all :)"

"Had to pay $60 per night as hotels were full. Very difficult to find. Only hotel I've ever visited that did not check my passport. Bright note, I had a flat Manchester helped me change. I have them 1,000 bht as tip"

"We had a little bungalow in the back, which was cosy and clean. The air con was good and the bed was comfy. The biggest downside is that the bungalow seems to be surrounded by chickens, who woke us up at various points in the night. There is also no WiFi in the room but there may be in the rooms in the main building. The guesthouse has a good location as it is between the main town/buses and the lake/bridges, so it’s not a long walk to either place. It is also very near most of the restaurants in Sangkhla Buri (not that there are many). Another drawback for some may be that the hosts don’t speak any English at all. It didn’t matter to us as they’re nice enough and we didn’t need anything from them, but it’s something to bear in mind."

"This homestay is set in a peaceful farm run by a nice Thai family. They offer double rooms, family rooms, and tents. The double room was small but comfortable, with double bed, fridge, kettle, dresser, AC, and TV. Bathroom had hot water. Table and chairs outside the room. The dining area was set outside and they will cook a basic meal for you at a cost of 50b. Breakfast was provided free - coffee, toast, and porridge. There is no wifi, so you will need to be connected via SIM. As the only western visitor here I felt like I made the family a little bit uncomfortable, but everyone was friendly to me. This place was very quiet at night, excellent sleep quality. I've stayed on farms where the barking dogs and crowing roosters dusturbed my sleep, but not here. Very quiet. Be aware that it is not possible to get here by public transport. It's 6 km off the highway, the last km of which is unpaved. Although I felt the price was a bit high, I would return in the future. "
