Best Pet-friendly hotels in 8th - Champs Elysees

"We had a really good stay at this place. We were just 3 mins walk from Champs-Elysee. There were lots of eating places - both cheap and expensive. There was a nice cheap Italian restaurant nearby and a few Doner kebab places. The rooms was of the old Empire-style decor which i really liked. Marianne - the receptionist was so, so helpful and her English was perfect in a place where speaking English is not too welcome. Place was quiet. Although you can hear neighbours on top walking as the floor is creaky but this was infrequent. Breakfast was simple but filling - there was not too much variety but i don't usually eat a heavy breakfast. We had two rooms - a double room and a family room. The double room had a spacious toilet. Funnily enough, the family room although large had a small toilet. It was rectangular and long so the toilet and the bathtub was squashed at one end. A large person would find it difficult to sit on the toilet. The elevator was small as usual but we expected that in a old hotel. "

"Stayed with 2 kids on a weekend. We had a wonderful stay! Good- Best location for shopping and sightseeing. walking distance for Opera, Madlaine, Concord. Nice bar(Buddha bar or Bar at Hotel de Crillon) is on the corner. Beautiful interior throughout small but cozy lobby and lounge. Room is well maintain and also very quiet at night. could it be better -Breakfast. Unfortunately most of the cafe close on Sunday this area so we needed to have breakfast at hotel but quality is not 5 star. Simple breakfast menu, which is fine, but could it be better (especially croissant! and a bit of vegetable) as a 5 star hotel. other than that, it is a perfect.Strongly recommend this hotel- if you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in a petit hotel."

"We had a fun time in Sofitel. Best dining and shops are walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located in front of Buddha Bar and beside the US Embassy. Very safe location."

"We stayed at this hotel on Paris Marathon weekend. I chose it because: (a) it was located close to the start line; and (b) I wanted to treat my boyfriend and I to a romantic weekend away. Well, why not, when in Paris! The hotel exceeded our expectations! 1. The staff were excellent - very knowledgeable about the city, able to assist with last minute reservations, and friendly and professional. They even arranged for an early and special breakfast for me on marathon morning. 2. The junior suite was beautiful - it's unusual to be able to find a room in Paris that is larger than a box room! The suite was approx 40msq with a seating area, work area and an extremely comfortable kingsize bed. The bath was also a jacuzzi bath which was thoroughly appreciated post-marathon! 3. Location-wise - You couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to the Champs Elysee and therefore has easy access to all public transport systems (if you don't fancy walking)! We walked over to the Eiffel Tower and back again on our first day and then pottered down to Place de la Concorde on our last day. I really can't recommend this hotel enough! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did."

"Was a great base to explore Paris from. Walking distance to 2 different metros which made it easy to get around. waling distance to Champs - Elysees and all the exciting things to see there. Service apartment facilities (e.g. kitchenette) is great if travelling with children. "

"We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, conveniently located at the heart of Paris - close to shops, attractions and cafes. We were allocated a room on the second floor with a view of the lovely Madeleine Church. Galaries Lafayette and Printemps were just a 3-5min walk from the hotel;Champs Elysees, Louvre, Eiffel were about 15-30minute walk; Notre Dame about 45min away. Housekeeping does a good job in keeping the room clean everyday while staff at the reception were pleasant and efficient. Will certainly return in our next visit to Paris! "
