              Perna Perna St Lucia - Terrible Experience”

              Rooms don't get cleaned well. Air conditioning added charge. My unit (9) had broken shower door glass and kept aside - no shower curtain to assist and had to bath downstairs where there was no hot water. Old hard office type carpets on floor is un-hygenic and very rough for kids to play as it causes bruises on the kids knees. Loadshedding isn't catered for... No matches for candles, no flashlights, no emergency lights, no security available in darkness. Electricity was out from midnight until 6am - cannot be all due to loadshedding. No professionalism from staff when alerting them of issues as they made no attempt to resolve any reported shortcommings. I will not stay at Perna Perna St Lucia again. I would suggest any person wishing to book in to please view your rooms before checking in.
