            The staff not so friendly. When I showed our booking, they said this price is a flat not chalet. Then I have to find out more info about my booking only they changed their mind. breakfast taste was awful. But lunch and dinner are tasty. Overall the room is clean, big and cold enough.

            If u're looking for cheap stay, this is the place but don't expect a lot. Broken shower, smelly bed (cigarette and body odor smell), bad lighting. If they improve on the items above, I would recommend this hotel for good budget stay

            I booked 5 chalets in total. 2 deluxe chalets, 2 premium chalets and 1 family chalet. I try to book 5 chalets together thro Agoda but failed to do so and have to book in 3 different transactions and ended up the premium chalets is at the other side of the resort resulting me and my family were partly separated. The family chalet was really old and was not well maintain. The bathtub in it were so slippery and when I asked for a rubber map, staff said don't have. The deluxe chalets we got were also with issues, lights in the 1st chalet are not all functioning and red ants crowing on the floor in the 2nd deluxe chalet. There's 3 huge and scary red ants nest right in front of the deluxe chalets. Me and sister were being bitten and till now, both our feet are still not recover. The resort really have to focus on the maintenance as they have a really nice beach. Overall our stay was abit disappointing.

            Pro - easy access to KB, Pasar Siti Khadijah and food area nearby. Great view of sunrise (my favourite). Con - facilities need to be clean and rooms also need to be update. Plenty of rubbish at all places. Some room feels like abandoned.

            Unsecure surrounding”

            Firstly seeing the ad thought it was a nice chalet but when reached there it was scary. Publics accessible to the chalet without any supervision from the beach, alot of stray cats, even in the cafe there of alot cats. overall i wont stay here again as i feel very insecure staying overnight.

            There’s a lot of things that need to be concerned by the owner of the resort. The resort equipped with a lot of facilities but all of it haven’t been maintained. In my own experience, most of the part in the swimming pool covered with mosslike and the water turns chalky immediately after we get into it. Plus, bathtub in the resort are broken and the pipe too. For the breakfast, I hope that your team will change and menu and cook it deliciously for the customers who paying for your services. I hope that all the staff will able to be more concerned about what customers needs in future.
