Staff is awesome! They were very accommodating and made sure we have everything we need. Bought us water to our room and replaced it as necessary. Food here is also great! It's Mediterranean. We loved the lamb kebab and hummus!

Exceptional”
Great location - just along Tourism Road and near Cloud 9 Surfing area. There are also stores and restaurants nearby. Clean - room was clean and air conditioning was great. We just had a small issue with the drainage in the bathroom but was addressed immediately. Staff - Ate Belen was very accommodating and took care of our belongings as we need to drop out bags early morning. Facilities - there’s a common area where you can eat or work but I hope there’s hot and cold water dispenser as well. Overall, it was a great stay (5 nights) at this hotel. Will definitely come back!

The place was easy to find. Although there were no gyms or a swimming pool, the accommodation was still relatively nice. Only downside for the hotel is that they will not change your linens. However, you can have your towels and room cleaned every three days (which still is not so much of a good thing). Overall, the stay was okay.

Basic room, good spot for surfing”
Nice, clean place conveniently located if your main priority is surfing. General Luna is just a quick trike ride away anyways. Room and facilities are basic, just the essentials.

Good but needs improvement ”
There were not much amenities given. The toilet bowl was a bit strange becaus the lid is smaller compared to the actual toilet bowl. The heating system was not functioning so when we shower the water was freezing. Location is good tho. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

if you're a solo traveler, it's better to stay at hotels that offer bedspace for a cheaper price, that includes free breakfast, wifi and transfers. either i made a mistake in booking here or it's because of typhpon odette. no kitchen available, electricity and water are fluctuating with no prior notice aside from the expected blackouts. payag doesn't give cancellations and refunds. ALWAYS CHECK THE DETAILS BEFORE YOU HIT THAT CONFIRMATION BUTTON. i will come back to siargao but definitely staying somewhere else.

The place is so basic with just beds and wet bath. TV is not working and air conditioning is not good. It felt like being in a jail for days! There are cockroaches, spiders and ants in the room. Not a good place for kids or those travelling for more than a day. I wanted to cancel but they don’t allow cancellation via Agoda. So we were stuck at this place for 6 days! The location is great because its close to Cloud 9 surfing. If you prefer to make your stay at Siargao worth remembering, I would recommend to find a better place than Payag Suites -my honest opinion based on experience.

Location is great! Room was ok! The staff was 1. Not helpful 2. Not friendly 3. Extremely unattentive 4. Apathetic 5. No staff at the concierge most of the time. 6. No water coming out from the faucet and bidet.

Near the beach hotel”
Room is clean, staff were very warm and accommodating. Cold aircon. Spacious room. Accessible to main road and the beach. Cons: No hair blower, no tables and chairs inside the room, water heater in the shower wasn’t functioning, blanket is too thin.

Best Stay for couples and family”
Very Nice place, very accommodating staff, the rooms were spacious and so clean. Best stay in Siargao very near to good spots and also walking distance to Cloud 9.

Staff was great and accomodating. They made sure we were always comfortable. Location is good, it is really close to cloud 9, around 5 mins walk, just don't take the beach route at night since it is so dark. Other than that we had a pleasant stay
