Very Friendly and accommodating si Madam at ng mga staff”
From arrival up to departure all the staff including Madam (the woman in the front desk) were very accommodating. They also orient us about the scam on tours and other places to visit. Maswerte pa dahil pwede kmi pumunta sa isa pang property nilang resort (near the parkway din pero pinahinatid pa kmi ni madam sa service ng resort) if gusto nmin mag swimming sa pool o mag billard. Malapit sa grocery store (ibaba lng ng condotel) at mga kainan.. 5-7mins away sa white beach (not bad...tahimik sa gabi). Maganda ung rooms 👍👍 and the price is right.... 👍👍👍👍 thank you PARKWAY!!

Good value, excellent service, quiet location”
the rooms were very basic: bed, table, tv, bathroom. but it was very clean. the location is not very near white beach, but is still within 10 minutes walking distance so is no problem. it is good that it is not so close to the party area, so that it is quiet at night if you want to sleep. the staff were very attentive and service was excellent. they helped and answered most of our questions and gave lots of tips on how much to pay for transpo, etc. there is also a grocery store at the ground floor where you can buy all your essentials (sun block, water, snacks, etc.). way cheaper than buying them at white beach. some things that can be improved on this already good hotel: - more towels. they only provided one per two persons for the entire stay - do some general cleaning, making the bed, etc. of the rooms every couple of days all in all, our review of this hotel is positive. great value for money. quiet if you want an early night, and still close enough to be able to walk to the main party areas if you want to go out. highly recommended!

Accommodating, but far from white beach.”
prior to our booking, we reviewed the hotels in the white beach area and booked according to the reviews. most of the reviews were accurate enough, except for the most important reason for going to mindoro, the beach. the hotel expressed that it is a 10min walk from the beach, not so! it can be 10mins if you jog and do it at a pretty good pace. otherwise the hotel does offer a concession, with free transportation back and forth from the beach. oh! "the window coverings" in the room, could offer more privacy otherwise, your awake at the first break of daylight. a pool is available at their other location, but its a about a 5-10min leisurely walk.

Great Value, Friendly/Helpful Staff”
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The hotel is like a 5 minute or so walk to the beach, which was fine for me. The Agoda review states that all rooms are air conditioned which is not the case, we upgraded to the air con room after we found this out, but the staff had no problem helping us change rooms. The rooms themselves are very clean, neat, and simple. Our room had hot and cold shower, a bed, cable tv, and an air conditioner which is pretty much all i need in a hotel near the beach.

Clean and Comfy”
Hotel is nice and clean and comfortable.. But Im having second thoughts of coming back because they don't have breakfast and it is far from the beach area but the hotel provide service going to the beach, although we didn't try it because we prefer to walk. Beside the hotel is a convenient store so no need to buy lots of things going to Puerto Galera.

Good rooms but a 10 mins walk to the beach front”
The hotel is new and the owner is accomodating. The hotel has a grocery store, meat shop and an internet station for your convinience. We booked for a standard fan room but they offered a 1 studio aircondition room and its a good deal! The only disadavantage of the hotel is it's quite far from the beach front but the hotel offers a free shuttle going to the beach front or if you will decide to take a walk, it will just take 10-15 minutes. The hotel only have a TV, aircon and hot and cold shower.

quiet and clean hotel”
hotel rooms are clean and quite. though the hotel is far from the beach it has shuttle service that will take you to the beach and back to the hotel, you just have to wait for the shuttle service which may take a while sometimes. food is better than the food offered by the restaurants at the beach front.

Nice Hotel with Accommodating Staff”
The hotel is definitely worth the price. It is clean and lovely. The only thing we dont like is the location , it is far from the beach , you have to walk your way to the beach ... probably good for those who really want to exercise.

Comfortable & nice weekend stay”
Overall our stay in the hotel was nice... Very clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. The location was a bit far from the beach, it's about 10-minute walk to and from the beach but they provide shuttle service from the hotel going to the beach area. They also have a convenience store just below the hotel so if ever you need something fast, you can just buy from there.

Simple yet cozy hotel”
The owner and staffs are very friendly and ready to help. They provide free transportation service from and to white beach. the rooms are not that small can accommodate up to 5 persons. AS the hotel also owns another bigger resort, you can also use their facilities there like swimming pool and restaurant without additional cost. The only issue i can say is that there is no available restaurant or cafe in the hotel for bfast/lunch/dinner...you have to ask for a hot water for your morning coffee.
