i highly recommend parkroyal serviced suites kuala lumpur to anyone that is visiting kl. the hotel is located in bukit bintang and it is within walking distance to the shopping centres located nearby (pavillion, lot 10 etc.) nightlife around the hotel is also bustling at night with jalan alor just a stone's throw away. the hotel rooms are well equipped and the service provided by the staff is top notch.

Is not my first time staying in this hotel. Been in this hitel couple of time whenever i in kuala lumpur. Staff are friendly, easy assess to places like Sungei Wang n Berjaya Time Square as there is free shuttle provided. If u want go to petayaling street or chinatown. Just walk up a slope in the left side of the hotel n turn left again. There is free public bus at the bus stop to take u there. Just alight opp Kota Raya n u are in chinatown. On the return, just 10mins walk to Geo hotel located beside Sentral market n take a free ride back to hotel. Was very fortunate as my room was upgraded to a one room suites due the day i check in was my birthday. Was even more surprise when staff presented me a birthday cake on the house. Staff of hotel greeted me by my name whenever they see me. Would like to compliment staff Azhar front desk during my check in. Greeted us well n deliver first class service telling me the hotel had upgraded my room. He make us feel so welcome n relax. 2nd staff to compliment is Yusof of F & B. Very attentive n efficient, even went all the way to get us omellete after asking me. Two thumbs up to both of you and not forgetting the two staff that send the birthday to my room, sorry that i had missed out their names as we were to happy n forget to ask for their names. Herein, would like to once again compliment and thanks the 4 staff and the rest of the staff of Parkroyal Suites on making our stay in Parkroyal Suites a wonderful and memorable one. Comfort of your own home.”

this was the first time i rather choose to stay in the room then head out to the kl city. located at a walking distance to raja chulan monorail and walkable distance to bukit bintang shopping belt and jalan alor, parkroyal serviced suites is considered very accessible to shopping, good local food and many more. upon check in i was served by their friendly front liners and we even had a short friendly conversation, which i seldom encounter in kl. i'd seen some of the past reviews and was prepared for a nice and cosy room. and to my surprise, the room was extremely nice and cosy, much better that what i had expected. the room was very big and the furnishes gave a very cosy feel to the room. a large bathroom and a bathtub was way too luxurious for me, but love it alot. the bedroom and the couch area was separated by a book shelf, which may seems a little weird was the tv was in the middle of the 2 separation. but it was still ok as i didnt really spend much time in front of the tv. i love the small kitchen area and the island that really made a different from the other suits that i'd stayed in other hotels. i can say that this is a very good accommodation and definitely will return to this place when i travel to kl again.

After staying at the Parkroyal Services Suites Kuala Lumpur in early February we returned for five nights on 11 March and we were not disappointed. This time we had a corner room which was very well set out. On this visit I found that the rooftop pool had opened. It is a spectacular facility on the 31st floor of the hotel. The KL newspapar "The Star" reviewed this hotel on 12 March and was complimentary but did express some concerns about the cost of the rack rates. Obviously the author is not familiar with Agoda. Book online and get a bargain. I have no hesitation recommending this excellent hotel.

Now my favourite hotel in KL! ”

The ParkRoyal Serviced Suites are now my favourite place to stay in KL. Hotel rooms are nice but the serviced apartments at PRSS are so nice. The rooms are modern, exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. Fridges are full size, the tv is better than what we have at home! There's multiple aircon's, the hotel smells lovely and fresh. Buffet breakfast at 21RM is great value. Hotel staff were all very accommodating. There's secure parking and cooking facilities in the room. The hotel is located only slightly out of the action, but it's not even a 10 minute stroll to Jalan Bukit Bintang. Simply follow the monorail and in less than 10 minutes you're at Lot 10 and where the action is. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. This is now my first choice of hotel when staying in KL. Value for money is exceptional. We travelled with family and had 6 or 7 rooms, and everyone was more than pleased with the hotel. If staying here, a swim in the rooftop pool is a must. And you've got to try the steam room!

Excellent Service Apartment”

This is my 3rd visit to ParkRoyal Service Suites. The Studio Suites are great, comfy, large and with great views. Bathrooms well laid out, living room and kitchen all, clean and useable. Small mini marts directly across the road. Close to everything shopping - Bukit Bintang, Lot 10, Pavilion, Sangei Wang, Jalan Petaling, Central Market - easy and free to get around. You can use the free bus services the green line and purple line, get a map and just hop on and off as you need to. Close to the touristy Park's in the Botanic Gardens, walking distance to the Petronas Towers. Food fanatics can enjoy Jalan Alor and breakfast at the ParkRoyal was easy and convenient, the omelette chef was impressive. Reception staff are friendly, very efficient and great with kids. The pool after a day out just topped everything off beautifully, with an amazing view at night.

Wonderful Stay at Parkroyal Serviced Suites”

Stayed in a studio suite for 2 nights at the Parkroyal Serviced Suites. Location is pretty good. It's just a 10 min walk to the shopping/food havens of Bukit Bintang (note that the Serviced Suites is in a different location from the hotel). There are restaurants and pubs just round the corner. The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast spread is limited but of good quality. There was free wifi and parking for guests and the facilities (pool, lounge, playground, children's play area, etc) were pretty complete and new. Only downside of my stay was the noise of drilling for some ad-hoc repairs. Thought that the staff could have been more attentive about the noise disturbances caused by the repairs.

Lovely hotel with great service”

On the 12th of July, we reached Parkroyal Serviced Suites @ 2.15pm. Hotel location was so much easier to find than as expected. Once we arrived the reception, we are welcomed with greeting and a smile. Check-in was fast and efficient. Secondly, once we entered our room, we are impressed by the room tidyness and room size. Its was nicely decorated with modern furnitures and room size is much bigger than i thought. It also comes with walk-in wardrobe and big bathroom. My BF and i was happy that we chose this serviced apartment as compared to all other varieties in KL. Lastly, the apartment location is only 5- 10mins walk to Bukit Bintang Plaza and near to other shopping area which are highly recommended. Restaurants & eatery nearby was affordable and nice. Cons: No toothbrush provided and bathroom floor mat not water-absorption.

Handy Location - lovely room”

Room was very clean, modern and spacious. The Parkroyal Serviced Suites are only a 5-10 minutes walk from the major shopping areas - Bukit Bintang, Sungai Wang Plaza, Lot 10 etc. Overall, very lovely stay if you are wanting to access the shopping areas of Kuala Lumpur.

What a perfect hotel in every way”

We just loved this place! After 8 - 10 stays in Kuala Lumpur at five or so different hotels this is definitely our new favorite. Its a great alternative to a normal hotel. The studios are large and very comfortable, well appointed with several design features in the bathroom and kitchen, the bed very comfortable and many rooms - including ours (2408) have great panoramic views including a very nice (partial) view of the iconic Twin Towers. The kitchen is perfect for short or medium term stays. The location couldn't be better: moments away from Bukit Bintang and all the shopping centers there, across the street two good Indian 24-hour restaurants, 24 hour 7-11's nearby and steps away from a monorail station. The staff was very friendly, caring, helpful and efficient. The room has all the modern electronics: flatscreen TV with good channel selection, fast internet, a dvd player with home cinema installation. With two pools - one rooftop and one on the 1st floor - and a nice small gym with quality workout and cardio machines the hotel offers good opportunities for relaxation. We really loved it and can't wait to return.

Great suite with high quality facilities.”

my family stayed during christmas period. it's a new and much bigger suite compared to those in downtown. although it's a bit far from the klcc & kl pavilion shopping mall,however parkroyal provided a shuttle mini bus to there. it's not so far as klrt raja chulan station is within walking distance. it's a great suite that i would recommend to my friends and colleagues. it locate close to the klrt station, within a walking distance and allowing you to get to the shopping mall in bukit bintang within 10 minutes. we easily access to wifi internet with free of charge. suite staffs were helpful and nice. room was big around 70sqm , plus a huge bathroom with shower and bath tub seperate. also a bigger bed was comfortable. therefore we enjoyed our stay in parkroyal suites and would use it again.

Good choice in a great location”

parkroyal is a good place to stay in the bukit bintang area in kl. the hotel is close to bukit bintang, major shopping/dining/going out place in kuala lumpur (5 minutes walk). it's also close to kl monorail raja chulan station, which provides an easy access to many areas in the city. overall, rooms are comfortable and of good size. the bathroom is nicely appointed. i would not rate it 5 stars though; more like a 4-star hotel. the furniture is ikea-style; it's questionable how lasting it will be. there are already signs of wear and tear, in spite of it being a relatively new place. breakfast area should be expanded, as it was too crowded in the morning. the food was always lacking, in spite of the staff doing their best to replenish it constantly. all in all, i believe there are better choices for the price in kl, but you would not go wrong by choosing parkroyal serviced suites.

We stayed at 2 bedroom suite and our review: Pros: -The furnishes available ie refrigerator, washing machine & dryer, LCD TV (in living room & master bedroom), kitchen appliances etc were exactly as per photos in AGODA -With the prices we paid (including breakfast for 4), definitely value for money -There are actually 2+1 rooms inside the suite, with 1 room only has wardrobe cupboard & a sofa, other 2 rooms have complete furnishes ie Queen beds, wardrobe, desk etc -Good location too, ie convenience stores, barber & eateries just across the street -Very friendly staff, one of the reception (Farid) even called our room to offer baby Cot after he has seen us brought a baby with us during check-in process -Facilities were good, breakfast venue just behind the reception, quite short time to wait for elevators (4 elevators available), sufficient gym equipment at level 1, pool at roof top with a good view Cons: around 900m to walk to Bukit Bintang center & limited parking in basement

Satisfying stay”

We have stayed at Parkroyal Serviced Suites for 5nights and the stay was extremely memorable. The staff at the hotel were polite and helpful. Most importantly, it's strategic location is situated in the heart of Bukit Bintang which is very accessible. Besides, it is near the famous food street, Jalan Alor. On top of that, it is just a few minutes to Pavillion Shopping Mall. The room service was very efficient and we had a pleasant stay.

Fantastic service suite!”

though we stayed there for only two nights, my kids love their spacious suite. roomy enough for them to run in circles! the room has exceeded our requirements except they do not have a dining table (we don't require them anyway). we love the modern open concept kitchenette suite. their appliances are rather new. the location is quite a ok for us. a 10 mins walk to bukit bintang. very near to kl tower. less than 10 mins taxi ride to pudu sentral. they do have complimentary shuttles to klcc and other shopping centres which we didn't take advantage of because it is only available in the morning. breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10 on weekdays 7.30 to 11am on weekends. limited choices of continental breakfast. they also have a complimentary infant massage (1 to 6 yr old) at st gregory which is available at parkroyal hotel. their skypool has a great view of the kl tower however children below 18 are unable to swim there so we had to go to their level 1 swimming pool. kids can go to their mini playground after swim. overall it's really fantastic. definitely we will be staying the next time we are there!

Great location, clean hotel and big room”

PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur has always been my preferred choice when I travel to Kuala Lumpur. The room is huge and spacious. The staff are friendly and approachable. Jalan Alor is also within distant. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in a great location”

we booked at park royal serviced suites based on the good reviews on agoda, and we were not disappointed. our studio room was lovely. modern, clean and spacious. our own kitchen so some days we had our own breakfast there. it was a room you could really relax in after a busy day in kl. it was in a great position close to lots of eating options from high end, to the great street food on jalan alor nearby. it was also very close to bukit bintang, lots of shopping and also the free bus that goes to all the major spots in kl. and for around $ aud a night, this hotel was very reasonably priced. also had 2 pools and big gym. only suggested improvement would be some more options for food on the room service menu (perhaps some more local dishes), and also some alcoholic drinks available on room service. small thing for what is a great place.

Relaxing stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites KL”

Fantastic stay at PARKROYAL Service Suites away from the hustle and bustle in KL. A good distance away from the noisy central streets of Bukit Bintang, but still close enough to walk to shopping malls like Pavilion, as well as the hawker centers in the evening. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help to make your stay more comfortable. Being apartment style accommodation, the rooms are a lot larger than the usual hotel rooms around KL, so plenty of space to put down the shopping :) Highly recommend staying here.

It was a very nice stay in Park Royal Serviced Suites Bukit bintang Kuala Lumpur, its a new Suite, very big room with kitchenette, friendly staff and was vvery helpfull, with a very good deal from agoda, i think i will stay here again in my next visit
