Good sized service apartment with hospitable staff”

This is about my 10th visit to Cameron Highlands. Our stay at Parkland Apartment from 15-18 December 2012 was a pleasant experience, except for a little noise from a family with young children staying above us. The 3 bedroom apartment provided a comfortable stay for our family of 6 - which included 3 teenage children and their grandmother. The block of service apartments is conveniently located within walking distance from Brinchang Town, with eateries and small shops.

Great for family and toddler”

Area was great because the hotel have its own area...parking space is enough....for the apartment unit...for me its was the greatest unit in cameron highland...have 3 spacious room with own bathroom...have big cabinet and dining table for 6...also got family area with leather sofa and small tv(but who cares about small tv because have many thing to do)...for me it worth to stay with big family...for eating...you have to find by yourself..that small matter because many restaurant nearby...my almost 2 years old son really like this apartment...always running inside apartment..for the flooring...it only tiles...for me carpet in cameron highland is bad choice...because smelly...hard to dry in that weather...and get the block that have lift....u wont regret with extra money... For the conclusion...

Parkland Apartment at Cameron, close to tanah rata, it is very convenience to access store like food, glossary and etc. It is the biggest town in Cameron Highlands and contains the most number of facilities and amenities, including the district council with banks and ATMs, and the main hospital in Cameron Highlands. Having a taxi station and a bus station makes it easy to travel to other parts of Cameron Highlands, as well as to Ipoh (the biggest city nearest to Cameron Highlands) and to Kuala Lumpur (the capital city). It also has a good selection of backpacker inns and good-class hotels at various prices.

I always loves to stay at Parkland Apartment with my family. This will be my best choice at Brinchang. We have so much fun. Walk to day market, bought some groceries and cook for children. Children were enjoying their food at the balcony with nice mountain view and some cool clouds passing by. Here are some suggestion I would highlight to the hotel management: 1. It would be better if you could provide slippery mat at each bathroom because the bathroom floor is slippery. 2. It would be nice if you could fix all water taps since it has been wear and tear. Save the water. Others, it just great staying here.

We decided to spend a night in Cameron Highlands on a whim. Going thru the list of hotels, we settled for Parkland Apartments as it fulfilled our needs as a party of 6 who needed wifi preferably in an apartment that can house all of us. It seemed to provide good value for money on the webpage. Upon checking in, we agreed it really does. Checking in was a breeze. The rooms were well-maintained. It is located just outside the thick of the traffic congestion in Brinchang, so drives towards The lower parts are not subject to the jam. The apartment size is very comfortable for up to a group of 8 adults. If there's anything we would gripe about it would be the internet access speed, which was just fast enough to accommodate instant chats.

Didn't expect the apartment is this big, total 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for family or big group of friends. Water heater is working fine as well (most important). Perhaps they need some refurbishment on the furniture and lighting. Did not use the kitchen so can't comment on that. View from balcony is beautiful. No lift though, if you're a group of family with elders might be a little hard for them. It located in Brinchang, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall a good experience staying in Parkland Apartment.

I stayed here with groups of families for a couple of nights. We were very impressed with the standard of the rooms and the facilities they provided. ❤️ Loved the attention of the details, very well equipped with kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs. ❤️ Spacious living rooms and tidy bedrooms really made us feel at home. Only that I hope Parkland would prepare extra pillow and blanket in future. ❤️ The bathroom were completely cleaned and modern. ❤️ Good location, handy to town and close to the attraction venues. Of course plenty of restaurants / cafés nearby. ❤️ The Staff were friendly and helpful. ❤️ The most important is value for money so that I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Many thanks to Parkland Apartment for a very pleasant stay and service. Would definitely recommend and would return.

Beyond Our Expectations”

When we checked in at 4.30 pm, we were greeted with friendly and professional service at the reception counter. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment at E4 and found it very clean and spacious for the four of us. Everything, especially the water-heaters in every room, worked and extra pillows and blankets were supplied. In the living room, we were entertained by the wide-screen LCD tv with several channels and good reception. The next morning, the housekeeping crew came at 10 am but we only asked for the bath towels to be replaced, which they did so cheerily. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others who wish to have to have a pleasant stay at Cameron Highlands.

Excellent Service With Nice Apartments”

This is one of the recommended family's apartments to stay here at Cameron Highlands. With great services and very nice rooms condition it also located at very strategic location which is near the Brinchang town. Overall I'm really satisfied with my holiday and will surely come again (staying here) next time.

we got 6 people went and stayed there, each of us is giving a big thumb (very very good) for this apartment parkland. somemore my friends got families stay in other hotel on that night, he also praised and shocked that the environment and apartment condition is more better than other hotel. in conclusion, 200% nice good comment on this apartment, i confirmed book it for the next trip for cameron.

Fantastic”

We are family of 6 with 1 domestic helper. We have 2 very active toddlers and 2 primary school-goers. We stayed in 4th floor corner unit facing the hotel small garden and overlooking the fantastic view of Brinchang town and Cameron Highland golf coarse. We had a very pleasant experience staying her. We will definitely choose this hotel for our future visit to Cameron Highland. Below are my pros & cons about the hotel. PRO: - Very spacious, bright, and clean. - Large balcony with superb view of Cameron's golf course. I like to always open the sliding but cannot due to see my comment in CONS below. - 3 bedrooms with 2 bedrooms have twin bedding each. All my school goors and maid get to sleep on their own bed. - Master bedroom has 2 queen size bed, thus easy for us to arrange the toddlers to sleep in the same room with us but not the same bed.(This is a double thumbs up) - Great hot shower, the water pouring is fast. - Plenty of kitchen utensil. Easy for us to eat take home food from nearby restaurant. - within walking distant to restaurants. - fluffy bedding CONS: - Balcony fence gap is quite wide, dangerous for toddlers. We have t make sure sliding door is always close shut so that our kids don't play in the balcony area. - Bathroom don't have bidet. Difficult to wash oneself after do business. - Living room don't have carpet. At least put a rug so that guest's feet don't feel cold and can watch tv comfortably. - Cant cook as they is no stove. - Parking is limited but we had no issue with it. - Located near the main road making it a bit noisy at night and early morning especially by big heavy trucks or motorcycles.

Ideal location, spacious unit”

This apartment is great for family or group of friends. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms unit which is big enough to cater 8-10 persons. Since it was not a peak season when we visited Cameron Highlands and so we believed there were not much visitors that stayed in this apartment. We can initially smell some light odor when the staff first showed us the unit but he was helpful to open up all windows to allow air circulation. Overall, the unit is clean. There are 3 balconies, and the kitchen/pentry is spacious. There is one thing which I must mention is that this aprtment does not have elevator/lift. If you are travelling with elderly, make sure you request for units on the 1st floor. We stayed on the 4th floor but we just loved it with the view from our balcony although we have to climb up the stairs every now and then! The carpark is spacious, not to worry about parking your car. There is also a small garden with barbeque pits near the carpark. The location of this apartment is ideal. It's only 5-8 minutes walk to Brinchang town and about 10-15 mins walk to night market.

Great value”

This was my second time staying at Parkland Apartments. The 3-bedroom apartments are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are basic and serviceable. There is no lift but we got a low floor as requested, which was great as we had to transport our bicycles up the room. The hotel is situated atop a small but steep hill and our tour bus could not send up all the way up, so we had to do loading/unloading at the foot of the hill and walk up. Wifi signal is strong except when there are too many users like at night, "authentification errors" will occur. Close to night market, massage place, local restaurants. Recommended.

Parkland Apartment is highly recommended for family vaction. The apartment is clean, tidy and spacious. The location is very startegic, just walking distance to the Brinchang town and the best thing is, the aprtment located at the hill side with very nice hill view and away from the main road noise.

A 'cool' experience”

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment with my family. The rooms are clean and very spacious. Considering the value that we paid, we think its the best bargain that you can get for a 3 bedroom suitable for 8 people. The apartment is near to the Brinchang town and centrally located to most attractions at Cameron Highland.

Great location but lack of services.”

our stay at the apartment is one of the best. its location is good and my family simply loved the spacious living room and the views. however, its lack of services like not able to provide iron n board when requested. overall, parkland apartment is awesome n i would recommend to families n friends who wish to go there. but i will not recommend families with elderly as they do not have any lifts to go up the apartment.

Lovely Family Apartment”

After 3 hours travel and visited strawberry parks , Boh Tea Plantation etc at Cameron Highlands just enough to make all members looking forward to take rest and sleep. Every members were very happy when we reached Parkland Apartment for one nite stay. Bigger rooms, good facilities add up with good smiling staff contribute to make our holiday just a perfect one.

Really spacious, clean and equipped apartment”

Parkland apartment is surprisingly very well-kept and maintained. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The only downside to the apartment is that there's no elevator and not that many car parks. Highly recommended to friends or family traveling in groups. Please note that no additional beds are available. But beds are big enough to be shared if need to I think. The apartment is very near Brinchang's night market and food hotspots.
