Awesome Location ”
Park View was walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do in Saigon. They provided a great tour to Cu Chi tunnels as well. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good too! There is a central market directly across from the hotel that has a ton of delicious food vendors, a market with really nice quality and reasonably priced souvenirs (way better than Ben Thanh Market), and they even had a free outdoor concert one night that was fun to attend. Highly recommend this hotel if staying in Saigon.

A convenient place for everything”
Park view is located at district 1 which is very central to everything.Rooms are small .Also depending on how much you wanna pay for but we had premium deluxe with city view.Reasonabaly ok .If you are looking at a couple of days then this will be suitable for you.Singles and couples best . Breakfast is ok for the price you're paying. The backpackers street is just across the park Infront of you.Lots of food stuffs ,bars . Most alley lanes are safe. Advise to get Grab app is the best to go around ho chi Minh.

Ok place in the middle of D1”
I rented this room for my Mum and sister while we were visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It was a great location. The hotel was good but cleanliness could have been better. Breakfast was ok but could have more choices. Staff were lovely though and made up for areas where it lacked. I would stay again but it’s kind of expensive for what you get.

Ok hotel in a good location. ”
I stayed here with my family and it was an ok hotel but could have been better for the price but that seems to be across the board in Ho Chi Minh City. You either pay budget and get budget or pay hundreds to get some creature comforts. My partner and I were ok but my sister was complaining about a few things like the cleanliness and the lack of hot water in the bathrooms. It’s in a great location and walkable to everywhere. Staff were great and breakfast was ok but could have had more choices.

Breakfast was really good. Staff were all very helpful assisting us with grab taxis etc. Upgraded us to a deluxe room which I recommend as it has a window looking out to the city, unsure if the superior room has this. Can't beat the location - central to everything, we walked everywhere with our 3 month old in a front pack. The sky deck, Ben Thanh market, post office, etc. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

Cheap, convenient and affordable ”
Hotel is in a great location in district 1. It is located right across the street from a weekend market and a downstairs food market. It is close to the center of town. Staff are excellent and go way beyond to ensure your stay goes according to plan.

I had upgraded a room with windows , receptionist is nice, friendly. the breakfast is so good. I have a good city view on high floor. but the security not helpful , I asked 2 times for taking out motorbike but no answering and no moving. then I must do it by myself.

The center of the surrounding shopping and tourist spots, and the park right in front of it was wonderful to feel Vietnam. The staff at the hotel was friendly and the facilities were clean and the breakfast was satisfying.

Room was very comfortable. Great for people watching, as overlooked the park across the road. Really helpful doormen and breakfast staff. Wide range of breakfast choices, even for vegetarians. Convenient location.

Since I was a solo guest the room that I booked deluxe double was ok but it will be too crowed for 2 persons.The view was good and there was no noise on the 7th floor.I liked the local breakfast but not much for westerners and vegetarians.The reception manned by Bui and Cherry went the extra mile to explain the information I needed.The others too were polite and eager to assist except their profiency in English is somewhat limited.

Noisy, cannot sleep well.”
Renovation and lift repair works in progress. The hotel management did not ensure guests are informed of the works. Noisy works can have be heard during after 7pm and in weekend. The breakfast is acceptable for a Asian guest, not for westerners- limited selection.

Room a bit small, close to noise makers”
First, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and well furnished. However, rooms are a bit smaller than what I expected (for the price I pay). And there were Karaoke singers at night in the neighbourhood. I don't know about the higher floors, but on the low floors this can be a problem.

We are sorry to hear about that our place not very quite, we really can not do anything with that, our location is near to famous bar street in HCM, and unfortunately not far from us there is one bar in park with an open terrace and still our place is much better than others who are much closer, before this bar street we have the famous park "29 September" opposite our main gates and therefore sound does not reach much, telling you from the reviews of our other regular guests. By the way next year the government set to remove all bars and other noisy places from park. Right in the middle of the city yet not ad busy like those near BenThanh market. Internet is good both in the room and lobby. Have a good breakfast options. Some rooms might have no window, mine have a small one but facing the fire escape.

Pros, very polite staff and in the heart of district 1. Cons , managment does not regularly service air conditioners, they only cool properly at night. For a $40 room I expected better.
