Great Hotel, but needs improved water pressure! ”

The Paragon hotel is wonderfully situated in the heart of Baguio City, very near Burnham Park, Session Road, and other attractions. The staff are excellent in terms of warmth, hospitality, and attentiveness. What is truly amazing about the Paragon, is that if you're into Chinese cuisine, right downstairs and next door is a Hong Kong Fortune Restaurant which serves world class and superbly prepared Chinese cuisine. They can serve vegan meals as well, upon request. The rooms at the Paragon are modern, beautifully conceptualized, cozy, and very clean! Moreover, the Paragon has a parking garage which is a BIG PLUS in congested Baguio. The only concern and inconvenience I experienced at the Paragon was low water pressure in the bathroom shower and sink, yet I brought this to the management's attention, and I trust they are resolving this issue. Perhaps other guests would not be so mindful of this, but I prefer good water pressure especially when showering. Go to the Paragon!

We really enjoyed our stay in Paragon Hotel and Suites. When I booked the hotel, I tick the early check in request since we are arriving in Baguio super early morning. I didin't expect that we were able to check in the hotel as early as 8am. This is the only hotel that I've been so far which is very open for early check in. Aside from that, the hotel staffs are very accomodating and friendly. Despite of so many requests, the front desk staffs still allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel upon check out since our bus going back to Manila is still at 9pm. Kudos to those ladies! The choices for complimentary breakfast are good. I really enjoyed my beef tapa and freshly farmed egg. I highly recommend this hotel. If you want to have great experience in Baguio just like we did, book your stay Paragon Hotel and Suites. Really worth your money. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great hotel in Baguio :)”

Paragon Hotel & Suites provided our family of six a nice, cozy place to rest and relax for three days in Baguio. Their location is perfect as it's just a stone's throw from Burnham Park. We were able to try both the Prestige and Superior Suites. Both rooms were impeccably designed and maintained. The beds were big enough to fit two adults and a kid. Both rooms also had a comfortable couch and big TV. Bathrooms also had a clean bath tub and enough water pressure from the faucets. Hot & cold water was available as well. They also provide good breakfast with generous servings. Their coffee and hot chocolate were good as well. Aside from their malfunctioning elevator and ongoing construction and repair activities, this hotel proves to be a great choice when visiting Baguio.

Observation during the stay are as follows: 1. No sign or direction that the hotel reception is located in the 3rd floor. The security guard should be aware of incoming hotel guest and should be able to direct guest to the hotel reception. 2. There is no drop off zone to hotel guest. The street is preoccupied with parked jeepneys and the street is busy to passing public passenger jeepneeys. 3. The rating of the hotel as a 4 star in the future require a better ambience in the street. The local stores and jeepneeys parked across the hotel street should be addressed. 4. The room is spacious and clean. 5. Because the hotel is just a 2 years old, the beds are firmed and the mattress are less than a foot thick, that tends guest to sleep well. 6. The nook table by the bar fridge is nice to have in the room which I have not seen on other hotel. 7. The flow of water in the bathroom is in abundance as well as the hot water. The water is odorless too. 8. Complementary coffee in the room is good and refilled daily. 9. The choices of breakfast is average and hoping to have at least a buffet in the weekend just like other hotel does. 10. The hotel reception staff and housekeepers are courteous. 11. I will strongly consider Paragon Hotel again on our next trip to Baguio City.

Accomodating staff and clean hotel”

Our room was clean and comfortable, Their hotel is walking distance from Burnham park, baguio market and church, they served us deliscious breakfast, the hotel staff were so nice and friendly. I love the ambiance of the hotel lobby. Over all i would recommend Paragon suites and hotel. And Lastly The Hotel prices from agoda are very affordable.

Beyond expectation”

I love our suite. When it comes to value of money it is super duper sulit. Everything in site is good for a staycation. I'm just a li'l bit sad I had to go out to see other places in baguio we failed to visit before check in so I wasn't able to enjoy our stay well but I promise myself to come back in some other time we can sneak for a vacation. First the staff are very polite and accomodating. We arrive around 10am and let us check in early. Limited space for parking so you need to be early as possible. Hotel near the heart of baguio. Near burnham park, SM. There is a puregold supermarket just beside the hotel. Few choices for breakfast but nice and heavy. Unlimited drinks (coffee, oranges juice and water). I will give this hotel 4.8 out of 5. We will surely comeback here. Thanks Paragon hotel and suites

Great value for money”

It’s our second time to stay in this hotel. As usual, we enjoyed the hotel, except for our room’s dusty floor that turned the bottom of our feet and the knees of my toddlers black! We had to ask the cleaners to mop the floor twice, which they did, but still dusty. That aside, Paragon will always be our home in Baguio City. :)

Good Location, Great Room and Courteous Staff”

I always look for four things when I stay in a hotel: Location (How accessible the place to public transportation) - This hotel surely has a high score for location, being located near Burnham Park and Session Road Room (Spacious, Clean and Beautiful) - This hotel has everything, was shocked when we saw our room being that big but it's being well designed and maintained Free Breakfast (Variety, Taste and its location) - This hotel has its own restaurant at its ground floor. Not a buffet type, but we love how amazing the taste of their food - we had Tapa and Hot Choco. Staff (How they accommodate guests and how nice they are) - Definitely will be back because of their staff - helpful, nice and it seems that they are valued by the hotel owner, reason why they know how to value guests as well. Will definitely go back here again, when we are back in Baguio.

The hotel's interior is so classy and vintage. The room that we booked in was spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is just walking distance to burnham park, session road and baguio city market. It is also near to the jeepney terminals. The staffs are also very approachable and polite. Well recommended hotel in Baguio considering its location, parking slots and proximity to Burnham Park, Market, Session Road and best of all, Good Taste Restaurant is just beside the hotel. Rooms are well maintained including heater availability. All rooms are equipped with AC. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Will definitely go back again when in Baguio.

It's a nice hotel, conveniently located in Baguio City Proper. Burnham Park is just across the street. Spacious room and bathroom is clean, the kids loved the tub. Will definitely go back here.

A Fine Hotel At The Heart Of Baguio City”

We booked an overnight stay in a Superior Suite at this hotel for our family's annual Christmas vacation. The hotel is quite new (built in 2014). It has a secured basement parking which is almost always full. It has an elevator. The staff were friendly although they were understaffed (no concierge and bell boys to assist you with your baggage). The room given to us has no view. The air-conditioned room was quite spacious with 2 double beds, a 42-inch cable TV, a ref, a dresser, a big wardrobe cabinet (with a safe and a flat iron), a cupboard with water kettle and free coffee (but no free mineral water). The bathroom is nice with free toiletries. The best thing about it is it has a bathtub with hot and cold shower. If only the room was carpeted, I would put it in the 4 or 4 and a half-star category. The free set-breakfast was very plain and basic. The location is what brought me to this hotel. It is just across Burnham and Rizal Park (for fun activities and sight-seeing). It is near some nice restaurants: a fine, but pricey Chinese (Fortune) restaurant at the ground floor, and another less expensive but equally great Chinese (Good Taste) restaurant nearby. If you want steak, Sizzling Plate is a block away. And if you want authentic highland food, Cafe by the Ruins is about 2 blocks away. The public market, Session Road, and SM Baguio are about 20 minutes walk away if you are fond of walking.

We stayed for 1 night. We totally love the room. It’s really spacious, clean and almost all you need are there. The bathroom is also big. Plus, there’s a bathtub which my 4 year old daughter enjoyed so much :) if you are very familiar with baguio, this is one of the best hotel because you could always go to other places by just walking since it’s near burnham park and session road. If you opt to ride a taxi, there’s no problem since taxis are easy to spot on this area. The breakfast was good though I think they could offer more next time or maybe they could make it into a buffet like other hotels :) the staff are polite and very accommodating. Overall, our stay was very wonderful. We will definitely come back. :)

Best hotel thus far in Baguio”

Our stay stay at the Paragon Hotel and Suites was pleasant. The staff were accommodating and courteous. The breakfast would have been better if a buffet set-up was used instead of plate-in. However, this could be due to the limited number of guests who are checked-in that does not warrant such a set-up yet. Construction is still going on as fresh paint can be inhaled on the floor where we were biletted. The use of key cards in the future is suggested, instead of actual keys which we need to surrender everytime we leave the hotel.

Treasure in the heart of Baguio City”

The rooms are clean and big. We particularly love the pillows, so comfy. The location is unbeatable, few good walk to Burnham park and lots of stores and resto around. The chinese resto at the ground floor serves very good food at a reasonable price. Understaff but otherwise trying their best to help and serve. Overall, it was an excellent stay. This will be our new favorite hotel in Baguio.

Amazing Hotel Experience in Baguio”

If you are looking for a great value for money and without sacrificing the service standards for hotels including accessibility and even high speed internet, this is a well recommended hotel in Baguio. My family and I always ensure to stay in this hotel when in Baguio. Even the free breakfast is sumptuous to feast. No regrets.

Best location”

Best location for Baguio City sightseeing. Walking distance to park, convenience store, spa, restaurant. Also We can walk to SM. And very clean in the room. There was one negative point for us. No window in our room. Very good view from hotel. but could not see from our room.

New small hotel near Burnham Park ”

During Panagbenga festival everything was heavily booked and I ended up booking the Paragon even though more expensive than my intended budget. Very recently opened, located in the same building as the Fortune Chinese restaurant, I assume the same owners. The hotel condition was good even thought they it's still in soft opening stage (they really should offer lower rates until they are fully open). Rooms are large, beds very comfortable, furniture and appliances are new and in good condition. Internet is free but slow. Staff are nice but inexperienced. Breakfast sometimes served in the room, sometimes downstairs at Fortune resto, but always the same, limited choices and so-so quality (awful coffee and Tang for orange juice, special requests like well-done eggs ignored). A bit noisy due to demolition work next door as well as the hotel desk phone ringing loudly and echoing in the hallway, plus the videoke joints across the street at night. Food at the Fortune restaurant downstairs was quite good and reasonable price for a semi-formal Chinese resto. Location is convenient to Burnham Park, can walk to Session Road, SM, UB, etc. In conclusion, newer and more comfortable than many Baguio hotels but you may feel you are paying a bit too much extra for the extra comfort you get.

It was really a surprise for me that this hotel is very very nice. I highly recommend it, very close to Burnham park, baguio city market and the night market. The staff were very nice and accomodating too. Check in and check out was a breeze. I will go back and stay here longer next time.
