This was a real treat . The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The family that owe and operate the hotel are amazing . They were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveler .

I booked late but was greeted kindly by Hu, a family run business all were helpful. The property is well located for the amenities of town, the room was large, clean and shower was good. Also the bed was really comfortable and large. Would recommend to stay here.

We enjoyed our 4 nights at The Paradise. Extremely clean, good breakfast with variety. Quiet in the evenings even if on main street. Great family owned hotel. Rented scooter at a reasonable price. Close to many restaurants. Strongly recommend.

The bed was super comfy, towels were clean, bathroom was sparkling clean but the shower was terrible- was like a dribble and the fridge didn’t work. But all in all it was a lovely place to stay and the family are all so nice!

ut is a decent budget stay. in phong nha you would be mostly roaming about in the caves so the only time you spend in the room is in the evening. it is in phong nha village ... very near to eating options and the phong nha boat station. its quiet though it is near to most restaurants. Huyen helped and her mom helped us book a good tour to paradise and dark cave.Both the caves are worth visiting and though huyen is a sixth grader. . do not underestimate her ... she noes what she is talking and can help you with anything ... Do not miss both dark and paradise cave... phong nha cave is also a must visit ... if i had to rate ... i wud rate dak cave then pong nha and then paradise though many wud differ ...

Great Stay - Great Staff”

Perfect location for exploring the Phong Nha National Park. Lai, the front desk manager was very helpful in setting up our tour of the caves and caverns. The hotel is right in the middle of the little village with ample restaurants nearby. They even arranged for a driver to pick us up from the train station in Dong Hoi and return us to the train station very early in the morning. I would recommend this hotel for your stay at Phong Nha.

From the time I arrived in the evening to the time I checked out the next morning, staff Hanh Xiao Xin has been very friendly & helpful. Even though I did not book any tours from this hotel, she offered to provide me a letter to get 30% discount for Paradise Cave. Hotel is relatively new, about 1.5 years in business. It is located close to the Phong Nha cave boat ride entrance. Guests are required to remove their footwear at entrance. Hence, the spacious reception and dining area is bright and clean. Room is also clean and spacious, with comfortable bed. Expected amenities are available – air con, hot shower, TV, slippers, Wifi & basic toiletries. Guests can fill their bottles with mineral water at level 1 dining area. Overall, highly recommend for its value and great customer service. Special thanks to Hanh for making my stay memorable.

Pros: clean and excellent attentive service, great information about the area, extra foam layer on bed made them quite comfortable! Cons: breakfast noodles and coffee tasted like instant noodles and instant coffee, arranging for a taxi to Dong Hoi train station was exorbitantly expensive (500k for about 40km) and payable to the hotel instead of the taxi so a price could be negotiated. We took the local bus for a tenth of the price and still made our train on time (90 minutes is sufficient time to catch the train) Feedback: the rooms facing the alleyway are against a rooster coop.. could not sleep at night due to noise. Would recommend placing us in a different room as the hotel was not fully booked.

A must-be reasonable hotel to stay in Phong Nha for world-famous cave ”

First impression is the staff and the owner. She was so willing to listen and provide help quickly. The room was clean and new. I could smell the paint and wood. The location is inside and near Phong Nha cave. You may get everything you need for your stay in Phong Nha. The motor rental is cheap, around $6-$8/day. She also instructed where to go, how to spend your time in Phong Nha. It was fabulous to stay at her hotel. I highly recommend your stay would be never a regret!!!!

The location of this hotel is perfect - very close to all the bars and restaurants, but not so close that the music keeps you up. Location is also ideal for the Phong Nha Cave in particular - if you did not want to use a tour company, the boats that take you to the cave are only down the street. The rooms are very nice, big and clean. Beds are comfortable and shower is decent. What stood out most for us was the amazing family that run this place - they are so nice and could not have been more helpful. Information of the different caves and tours was provided, the tour was sorted for us. We decided to add another night to our stay, but had to leave late at night and they woke up especially to check us out and had sorted our taxi. My partner was picky about cucumbers in his breakfast, so he was given a new dish free of charge. They speak English very well, particularly the young girl who checked us in - very impressive! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Awesome stay with the friendliest staff ever”

The location of this hotel is ideal if you want to visit any of the attractions of the area. It is a very quiet hotel which has very spacious rooms with all the commodities you may need, even a small fridge where you can keep your drinks cool, something very much appreciated in Vietnam's hot and humid weather. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. There are many restaurants and bars very close (same street)) where you can have some food but not close enough to bother you at night. I really loved my stay at Paradise Hotel and, as far as I have found out by the comments of other fellow travellers, it's the best option if you prefer a quality place at an incredible price without the inconveniences of sharing a room with unknown people. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!!!

Amazing staff and excellent Hotel located in the the center of the action”

We arrived late and on short notice and instantly felt very welcome the second we walked through the door. My girlfriend was injured from riding to Phong Nha, and the staff were amazing with helping us go to the hospital. They even prepared her a meal because she wasnt able to go out due to injury. Facilities and rooms are great! We happily stayed here a lot longer then planned. Will be back!!
