A 5 star cruise!”

Simply amazing! After a comprehensive internet research decided to go for Paradise Elegance cruise. Comes with a higher price tag but worth every penny in return for the standard received. Ship is new, high quality and tastefully decorated. Rooms are 5 star hotel standard. Extremely clean, comfortable with all the amenities including a powerful hot shower and bath. Food amazing; great and tasty bufet selection and high end a la carte diner. Paradise itinerary goes through the real Halong Bay, hence you will see the highlights. Staff are very professional. Have to also mentiom a very professional and timely pick up drop off service from the hotel carried in a luxurious mini van with leather seats and available water. Considering a number of low quality and service ships, questionable safety I would not hesitate to pay little extra for what Paradise has to offer.

The Paradise Elegance is one of the best cruise boats at Halong Bay. I wasn't sure what to expect when I made my initial booking, but I certainly was NOT disappointed. The staff and manager were amazing and extremely helpful. My mother and I had a wonderful time on our 2 day cruise around Ha Long Bay.

Good Cruise But need to work on its cleanliness.”

Booked the CVT Suite in the Paradise Elegance Cruise (only 2 in the whole cruise) as it was my birthday. Was extremely excited and absolutely loved the room in the images and upon our first visit to the room, we loved it as well. Overall it is a great cruise with fantastic crew (Mr Lee was a fantastic cruise manager). The crew was loads of fun to interact with and they organized a great trip to the caves as well as the pearl farm. After all the activities of the day, when we went back to the room to shower before dinner, we saw that our bathroom had multiple cockroaches (small & medium sized). This to me is not acceptable for a luxury cruise such as Paradise Elegance. I do hope they fumigate the room and the whole ship because hygiene to me is of utmost importance. When you pay so much, you do not expect to have any such insects in your room. Besides this issue, i would actually recommend the cruise to everyone. I do hope they fix this soon.

Paradise Elegance Cruise gave us a fantastic experience. The cruise offered lovely room, deck and views. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to any honeymoon couple for a lifetime experience

Excellent service onboard Paradise Cruise Elegance! Thu, our butler was attentive, patient and friendly. She made our stay a very memorable one. Everyone else on board the cruise was also helpful and accommodating. The food was also excellent! We had a great time on this cruise!

Being on this Paradise Elegance Cruise is an experience of a lifetime. I just kicked out one item from my bucket list. The cruise offers a luxury experience, and Muslim friendly too!

Excellent stay ”

Ryan was so attentive and arranged special food request for us. If you booking with Agoda, make sure that kayak is included in booking. Also pick-drop from hanoi-Ha Long Bay you have to arrange by your own or request through message to cruise company. Trip ends exactly on 10:30 am. If you arrange pick up by 11 am that will be time saving as we were seating for almost 2hours waiting for our pickup in hotel lobby.

You get what you pay for”

Paradise cruises are not cheap, but you get your money's worth. The ships are new, well designed and very comfortable. Cabins are very nice and comfort, and the onboard facilities and service top notch! Good mix of local and Filippino crew. The onboard spa is also very good.

We spent 1 night at Paradise Elegance and everything was great. The food, the staff, everything! It was our anniversary and they made us a nice cake. It was very fun at night. We loved the experience.

Luxury cruise and beautiful boat”

We chose this boat because it looked luxurious and suited our needs for this trip. The price was higher but it was a special occasion so we went ahead and were happy with our choice. The boat is modern, food selection is quite good, but you have to buy your own drinks and pay extra $20 if you want kayaking. The private balcony was nice and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional and assisted us whenever we needed them, especially the waitresses and Maria and Mia who run the ship. Not much cruising on the 2nd day unfortunately and back at port by 10.30am so would consider the 3D-2N trip in future, but only if it went to different parts of the bay.

Everything else was okay but the announcement for the activities should be clear. & most importantly if you're a vegan or vegetarian the it's a bit difficult to find worthy food on-board. But apart from that for honeymooners - it's gonna be a memorable time spent at the cruise for sure!

Great cruise with many activities”

The cruise was good as there were many activities to keep you entertained throughout the 2D1N. Staff were friendly. We had to pay extra usd100 per couple due to peak season n another usd100 for transfer. Food on board was good esp the dinner. Our room was clean but unfortunately it’s at where the anchor was so it was very noisy when the anchor was let down n pulled up. Good cruise. Give it a try!!

Nice experience”

Great night to enjoy thousands of lime islands. The room is somehow small for couple, but it's clean enough to stay one night. The food is good and staff is professional..overall excellent!

Fantastic view”

The cruise itself is great. However there were too many tourists without control at the cove, and the Tiptop mountain. And the pearl farm wasn't worth the visit

Wonderful experience”

Everything about this trip was luxurious. We’d highly recommend the 2 nights 3 days as we were the only one in our tour who did this and meant day two when we transferred to the smaller (but still nice boat) for the day trip there were only four of us. Vegetarian food was fantastic at the majority of the meals with only the final dinner being a bit of a let down with very very limited options. Other than that the entire trip was fantastic from swimming i the bay, sailing around for the afternoon. And the lovely team was fantastic!
