We stayed in this hotel for two days and the view from our room was amazing! The manager, Trang, was super helpful. He checked on us every time when he saw us and suggested activities to do in Sapa. We even got a room with better view because of him! Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with wide range of choices. If you want a relaxing holiday in Sapa, Pao's Sapa is definitely your choice!

Beautiful View – Great Staff – Open and Airy Rooms”
We experienced some of the best Vietnamese accommodations and hospitality during our trip to Sapa. Our plan was to book three different hotels in several different areas around Sapa. First night in Sapa stayed at Pao’s. . . second night at another more rustic hotel. . . third night – Back to Pao’s! Front office manager (Mr. Thang) – went out of his way to make our stay memorable. He was supported by friendly and capable front line staff including Mr. Dat and Mr. Duong. All of the staff could speak English well and couldn’t have done anything more to make our trip there easy and special. During our check-out, Mr. Thang handed us his card and let us know if there was anything he could do. . . to let him know. After one night in a different hotel, we came running back to Pao’s. We were greeted with upgraded room and warm welcome from all the staff – that treated us like returning VIPs. Best hotel ever”
Riding into Sapa we were greeted by the foggy clouds right smack into our faces. Arriving at Pao's fits was a pleasant experience. The staffs were friendly and always around to help. Kudos to the one at the travel desk, she was kind with her advices and information on what to do in Sapa. No regrets paying for the Hmong Suite for our honeymoon :) It was everything we hoped it would be... and the VIEW!

Excellent view from room balcony - Staff services”
- Excellent location, only around 1-2km from Sapa church you can go there by walk on daytime but it's very hard for motorbike in foggy night, taxi is recommend!!! Excellent view from room balcony to MuongHoa valley. Dinner buffet available on weekend only. - Hotel facilities and cleanliness is well controlled, staff service is very good. Indoor heat pool also nice and suite for kids (depth from <1m to 1.6m). Kid center at Lobby is a plus. - Wi-Fi signal and connection stability should be improved a lot, as in hotel rank. Stayed 1 nite in H'Mong suite room.

Great and convenient choice for family”
The location is quite a distance from city center, but they compromise it with shuttle service. We love the breakfast and hotpot is perfect for cold weather. They also have indoor swimming pool and the inroom jacuzzi-look-a-like bathtub was a bonus for the children. Will definitely stay here if we return to sapa. One suggestion, the hotel should consider having a towel hanger in the bathroom though.

Beautiful Hotel ”
Great Buffet, great views, great spa and views (for the mountain view), heated pools and 24hr room service. The location is a little far off sapa town center and sapa market. However, staff would arrange taxi service for you with meter. Will cost you a little bit over $2 to get anywhere in town. Hotel offers competitive rates for USD as well. Hotels in city center are about 10% worse. The only major con is the language barrier. We had one too many misunderstandings with numerous things. For a 4+ star hotel, I figure staff members would speak working english. Granted, I probably should learn to speak some conversational vietnamese. Overall, an awesome stay. Beautiful.

Very valued for money stay experience, with great staff team”
We stayed there only for a few nights, booked the Hmong Suite for two nights and the last night we booked the standard room for late check out, but hotel staff had been kind in assigning us for the same Hmong suite room throughout stay due to its availability and kindness of the team. The room is very comfortable, with everything provided. The staff is very kind though in some parts are very limited to English such as from Food and Beverage department but they are very eager to please. We tried the spa as well for both of us my husband and myself, I lost my earring and they had managed to find it. Thank you for this as the earring is my birthday surprise from the husband so it is very precious to me. I must say sorry for our child to be very noisy at sometimes and thank you for all the team to understand the fact very well. Excellent”
A best view from the top of Muong Hoa Valley. As a landscape photographer, I would like to recommend this spot during rice harvesting time (End of Oct to first half of Nov). The restaurant's menu includes all the specialty dishes of minor people in this area with a very good price. It is only 10% higher than other restaurants in Sapa town center but in exchange you will get better taste, environment, and very nice staff. We had three meals for two persons with only 140 USD and we cannot finish all my dishes.

Hotel with great location, excellent sky&mountain view”
Great hotel with very nice facilities and helpful staff. But the access from the Sapa Town center to the hotel is a little messy because of current construction activities. Excellent mountain view during the day and great sky/town view at night. The restaurant is a little small for such a hotel, make it a little noisy and crowded at times. Generally very pleasant stay!

Had a beautiful 1 night Breakfast was delicious lots of options to choose from. Staff where very kind and welcoming,and was happy to help me with anything I needed . Since they might I spent here ,I have eat 3 delicious meals ,western food,and local both very delicious.the swimming pool is so warm and perfect way to relax after a hard day I forgot to mention the cocktail bar on the rooftop! Has the best view of sapa mountains you will ever see, the cocktails are fair price and really tasty to drink ,they where that nice I treated my self for two more Great hotel

Awesome Scenery and Near to Native Village (But Far from Town) ”
Hard to tell it's worth the money or not, it shall really depends on yourself. If you prefer somewhere quiet with great mountain view, and you have extra money, here might be one of your best option to stay in Sapa. Overall is good, staff is very friendly and helpful, my only disappointment in this hotel was their Shutter Bus. Since the hotel located quite remotely, you should improve your shutter service and provide convenient to the guest. However, your problem could be solve easily so long you have money, quite a numbers of Grab (Taxi) is waiting outside of the hotel cause they know you need them to get to town. Walk over (around 1KM) is one of the option, or rent a bike would be another good option.

Good place to stay after treking!”
Pao’s was a great place to enjoy some luxury after two days of treking in Sapa. Overall the hotel was lovely- the view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was outstanding. The mini-bar prices are outrageous so avoid them. Pao’s was a short 15ish minuet walk out of town or a very quick taxi ride. If you’re look indulge a little in Sapa, Pao’s is a good option.

Very good hotel”
We stayed there for 3 nights and we were given a free upgrade to a room with a better view. Let's be honest, you come to Sapa for the nature and the views so we were very happy with our room for that. The hotel is also about 30 min walking from the Cat Cat village and 15 min walking from the center (which is good because you get your peace and quiet while you're still close t the hustle and bustle). Only thing I'd recommend is to hire staff who speak good English or teach your staff English. We struggled to explain what we needed sometimes. All and all it was a good hotel.

The hotel view is to die for. I would reccomend getting the high floors which is the super deluxe room. The room is spacious, comfy and clean. Staff are very helpful. Met Mr thang who was the assistant executive manager and he assisted us during the entire 3days that we were there. Very friendly and helpful. Will come back again to Pao Sapa.

A bit far away from central and the road is too dirty with a lot of construction.”
We were stayed in Pao's sapa for 4 nights. Everything is fine if you have a car or you use taxi to go to central because it's very hard for you if you go by walk. Road is too dirty with a lot of dust. Ours room have a nice view when it's no foggy but we didn't like bathroom because water was leak out a lot to WC when we took a bath. We ordered room service and foods is not good. but staffs are all nice.

Great Hotel with a few minus”
The hotel is great. Everything is pretty good. We stay at premium deluxe room and it is way more roomy than in the photos. Everything is quite nice but there are some few minor things: If it is foggy you cannot see the valley from the room. There is a graveyard that is opposite of the hotel (not visible from your room but it is there).
