Great hotel for the price”

Booked for one night and stayed for three nights. Great value for the price that I paid, unlike some budget hotels, this one has elevator, hot water shower, in room safe and ok WiFi . 5 minute walk to Robinson’s Mall, or bars and restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely return.

You will feel safe here and the staff are all very friendly and helpful and always with a smile! The security guard is doing a good job and recognizes hotel guests and recording the movement in a book, good security. Location is great and within walking distance to all the eateries and night entertainment spots.

The bed was comfortable, TV acceptable, no fridge. Hot water/security safe available at front desk. The staff offset all of these negatives, thank you staff !!!

it was ok, room a bit smelly (musty smell) and old, budget place, but overpriced for what it is! I know other hotels nearby half the price which are better value! Staff however were excellent ,friendly and helpful, security guard also a nice guy!

My double room was small but cozy, aircon split and tv cable. Just no windiws but noise coming from the front room, offen with the door open i don't know fro witch reaso, with ignorant pinay man and screaming kid. So i stayed 1 night

I made this reservation for my husband. We chose this place because it's beside CFO. The location is great there are a lot of restaurants nearby, but the place is not that clean. For someone who will just stay there for overnight it would be perfect if you're not that meticulous with stuffs

Location is very nice though. But the cleanliness of the bed is so bad. We did not finished the 3 nights booking. Hope the management improves on cleanliness of the bed sheets

Bad night”

The hotel is old yet basically in good shape. The problem are ants and cockroaches. Lots of small small very fast ants that go everywhere. Into my cellphone cover, into my socks, my bag. And my bed, waking me up again and again. The bathroom gave me 2 cockroaches, one I could kill, one got away. So no, I will not go back

This place is a decent value, but it would be better if there was hot water and a bath matt so you don't track water throughout the room. I really liked that there was a good desk for doing work.
