We've stayed here for 3 nights. It was a very excellent purchase for me because of it's price and the service given to us. It really exceed my expectations. The room was very spacious for the two of us. The room was also very clean and smells fine, especially the bathroom. They also had room service which I really appreciate even though we just stayed there for 3 nights. The food is just fine and had many to choose from. They also gave us chocolates as a token for valentine's day, which was very sweet for me. I will definitely book again when I go back here in Puerto Princesa. Thank you Palawan Uno Hotel for making our vacay very convinient.

Awesome and beautiful place to stay in Palawan ”

we would like to thank all the staffs in Palawan Uno who made our honeymoon extra special. They have set up our room extra special to welcome us on our honeymoon. Cakes, ballons and warm greetings from the Staffs were truly appreciated. Rooms were huge and clean. truly worth the price. we must say that this is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy puerto princesa since it is located at the center of the city. We shall come back soon. Really nice new hotel with good free breakfast, ”

I had a good time in this place, better than what I expected, hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly, their free breakfast was good, modern rooms with nice decorations with solid concrete walls, free wifi that sometimes worked in rooms, easy check out and free 20 minutes ride to airport, hotel located about 5 minute tricycle ride to shopping mall and downtown puerto princesa, and on the main road going to tours like underground river, i will definitely stay here again, much better choice than other hotels that cost the same or more, thank you Palawan Uno for giving me and my family a great stay....:)))

Money well spent”

As an average Juan working hard for a living I’d expect my vacations to be well worth the money I spent for it. Palawan Uno Hotel was definitely worth it in temrs of their service to guests, their room quality, their amenities and even in going the extra mile to ensure their guest’s satisfaction. The next time I visist Puerto Princesa I’d most likely return to this hotel and I’d recommend it to friends who’d be visiting the city as well.

A surprise ”

When we first arrived at the Palawan Uno Hotel it was a bit hectic, lots of people around the front door, vehicles moving around in a busy small car park and a very busily decorated over furnished foyer. The room was fine, no view but everything worked and it was clean and well presented. The hotel was rich in interesting collectibles. There was a nice and good quality café open long hours right across from the entrance and some impressive looking health and massage spas directly across from the entrance and then, tucked in to a surprise courtyard, there was very nice pool and up a flight of stairs there is an open air , character filled restaurant for breakfast and other meals. The overall package is fun and interesting. What really impressed me though were the wonderful young women on the front desk. I had issues with trying to print tickets to show at the airport to be allowed in the next day through the first layer of security. This was not really the Hotel Staff's problem but the Boarding passes were hard to get from my phone and hard to print. It took them quite a lot of time and three of them worked quite hard to help us and they were pretty sharp about how they did it. They were so helpful and so kind and I really was impressed with their character and attitude. Well done to them and to the Uno Hotel.

Perfect for a Night stay in Puerto Princesa.”

Situated at the center of Puerto Princesa. Very near to Malls and Airport. They will welcome you a free drinks upon your arrival. They provide a free shuttle service to Airport. The room is very nice & clean! Have a refrigerator. Aircon is cold. Bathroom & shower are neat! You have pool access and enjoy it even if it's 10pm. (Just sign a waiver) I will definitely book here again! Thank You Palawan Uno Hotel.

The Best Palawan Hotel for me”

We are a couple who stayed for 2nights. We were pickup at the airport and had our late checkin. We were upgraded to a superior room without a charge since they were already fuly booked. My husband and I didnt regret staying at Palawan Uno Hotel. Super value for money! Will be staying here again in the future. We enjoyed their buffet breakfast and we used their pool. Staffs are attentive and had initiatives. Our room was cleaned with out us requesting for it. Its a good thing for us to arrive from a tour and see our room fixed already. Room is nice and toiletries were provided. Thank you Palawan Uno for a very nice experience.

Good Hotel & Helpful Staff”

We stayed here during our trip to Puerto Princesa. Upon arriving at the airport, we were greeted by our shuttle driver, who took us to the hotel. Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who advised that our room had been upgraded to the Superior Double. Unfortunately we received a room with 2 Single Beds and were lucky enough to squeeze into the one bed so we could sleep next to each other. Also our room had a small bar fridge in our room, which didn't seem to work. The swimming pool was good and staff were on hand to provide towels. The daily buffet breakfast menu was different each day which was great. The hotel is located only a short walk or if lazy a trike into Puerto Princesa or the Robinson Mall. It looks like they are building a new Terminal at the airport, which is on opposite side of the current one, which will make this hotel even more accessible from the airport

Reasonable price and great service”

We visted Palawan Uno Hotel last May 30-June 2. Value for money: affordable rates. We even had an room upgrade since it was my niece’s bday. Location: Very accessible to everywhere. Just 5minutes from the airport. The hotel was slightly away from the street so it was quiet and very peaceful even even at night. Cleanliness: superb. 10/10 Staff: they were very warm and accomodating especially Ms. mai from the reception area. Facilities: superb! Big rooms and cool Ac. The pool was also a plus! Room for improvement: they were folding beds near the corridor which i thought was an eyesore. The brekfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular. Overall it was a great experience. 9/10

EXCEED BEYOND OUR EXPECTATION! ”

Best accommodation we've stayed so far staying in Palawan, from Puerto to El Nido back to Puerto again! Airport Transfer - Very Good! Right away they are there waiting for you. (Kuya the driver was very professional and kind) Front Desk - Excellent! Friendly and smiling staff, offered us the welcome drinks. Just forgot to provide the internet password but it's fine. Room - Very Good! (Hotel is just currently having a renovation with the new building so just bare with the not so good entrance going to the elevator) Room was very tidy, very good smelling since I am pregnant so was perfect for me. Bed was so comfy and neat. Restroom is close to perfection with complete set of toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, shampoos, shower cups, hair dryer, and very clean white towels. Shower was so good, pressure and heater was perfect, only problem was that my New Zealand bf was a little bit huge and he complain about the edge of the sink which was close to the toilet and he got hit on the side. Over all tv was good, AC was perfect and drawers are clean, there was a safe too and the fridge was cool with complimentary coffee, tea, and water just the other 2 bottles cost us 40php thought were free. lol Restaurant- Nah, i don't recommend their food though, just average and not so good with my tastebuds, we ordered bolognese and siomai and tasted just average, i also knew and read from the review the breakfast wasn't so good or just okay and i checked it in the morning as we didn't book with breakfast and yeah, the breakfast wasn't that good when i checked it. I already guessed it since the dinner serving food weren't that we expected it should be; taste was blunt. Pool - It was okay. My partner went to a night swimming alone, and the water was seem calm and okay. I haven't seen any of the guest went to swimming during our 2 nights stay though. Worth the Stay!”

We were greeted by the hotel driver at the airport upon arrival and were helped to reception with our luggage. Reception was very welcoming and offered us a room transfer from Standard Twin to Standard Matrimonial, which would include buffet breakfast, use of pool and free wifi access in the entire hotel for what was little more than we had expected to pay. Clean room and relaxing large comfortable sofas in the lobby and in every floor. Well worth the price. The breakfast was good. Attentive waiting staff. What we did not expect was a hotel with one of the good standards of customer service we have ever encountered. What made the stay so enjoyable was the attention from detail from the staff - every one of them we met was very courteous and professional and left us feeling valued as customers. The price is reasonable, the service was good and the location cannot be beaten. We will have no hesitation in booking there next time we visit Puerto Princesa.

Very pleasant stay”

I booked my husband at Palawan Uno for a business trip and he said that the hotel's facilities were great. Good aircon, clean and modern room and helpful staff. Before I chose this hotel, I canvassed several others in the vicinity and the price are almost the same, but reading the reviews on their pages, I got scared. I hate cockroaches and old rickety aircons. I'm glad I chose Palawan Uno. On a business trip, I want to make sure that my husband is comfortable and eating right.

Palawan Uno May 9-11”

Opted for Palawan Uno for it is along thr highway and one-multi cab ride to Justice Hall, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. They have to improve their breakfast menu - Php 300 per head does not make sense and few choices (Sunlight Hotel got much better buffets). I love the homemade Kikiam - had it for dinner - really good

Value for Money”

It's a great hotel to stay on our last night in Palawan. We decided to stay overnight in Puerto Princesa as our flight leaves from the Puerto Princesa Airport in the morning. We liked the pool, the breakfast and the airport shuttle that was very convenient.

Great Accommodation and exceptional staff”

There are no cons but all pro's towards my accommodation but I won't be back to Palawan as its just a money making lurk for the tourist industry and their so called professional certified staff. I was overcharged for basic services and even had to pay an additional "hidden fee" for sitting down on a table to eat my prepaid meal. OMG I hate dishonest people and being taken advantage of because of the colour of my skin. I am an easy going Australian and was repaired to 'Fist on' with the scumbag locals. I will not be back and will be telling my colleagues and friends all about my troublesome experiences but the UNO HOTEL was just wonderful.

Our stay at Palawan Uno was excellent! Room was spacious and clean. Interaction and service of hotel staff was pleasant. Bank and Souvenir Shop is in the same building. The hotel made our stay in Palawan more comfortable. We'll definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Excellent”

We stayed here for 3 days last March 29-31. Location is great, it is just along the main road and nearby SM Puerto Princesa, MCA pasalubong center, Noki Nok's eatery, and many more. Most of the estbalishments are just 1 jeepney ride or 1 trike ride away. However, I paid for less than 2k php for a room without breakfast -- kinda pricey. You can already find another hotel room for 2k that provides a breakfast. The rooms are not soundproof, I can hear the neighboring rooms and the hotel housekeeping attendants outside our room on the lobby, laughing and chatting loudly. Some good points: the wifi signal is strong room is clean Bonus: room has ref, cabinet with hangers, and safety vault Pool is not crowded Cons: There are flies in the pool, they'll fly above your head Pricey no water refilling stations, only 2 mineral water bottles provided per room
