My duration of stay at the pacific pensionne was extravagant because it is only within the city and can access to many different places around cebu. During my stay, I really enjoyed utilizing all the facilities provided by the hotel and especially the way they serve their food was also astonishing. I am looking forward to book here again whenever I will be coming to cebu again in the future.

I show up very early in the morning and guess what? NO PROBLEM! I go to breakfast about 40 minutes and guess what? I WAS SERVED A REALLY GOOD BREAKFAST with a big smile! My room was as good as it gets and very clean also very quiet! I stayed a few doors down at the sky adventure place and paid something like 4,000 a night and that place was a total dump compared to here. The elevator did not go to my level so you had to get off and take stairs then get on another to finish the trip only to get to a nasty smokey smelling room! My kids went to the attractions on the top and they would not let me go watch them unless I paid for myself! Do your self and your family a big favor and try to get a room at Pacific pensionne and save a lot of money and enjoy a much cleaner place with much nicer staff and if your kids want to go to sky adventures to play just walk a few steps and it will all be free because of your GREAT ROOM SAVINGS AT PACIFIC PENISONNE***** +++++

If u are looking for budget friendly and at the same time a decent place to stay in I highly recommend this place. Location is near at most of tourist spots in Cebu City like Sto. Nino church, Magellan's cross, Fort San Pedro, Cebu Heritage Monument, Larzian. Near at Taboan market if you wish to buy danggit for pasalubong. Also near at South bus terminal if you are heading at Kawasan Falls in Badian, Oslob for Whale Shark encounter and Moalboal.

I have frequently used Pacific Pensionne because of its location in the city. It is a modest hotel with clean comfortable albeit simple lodging. There is a small restaurant located next to the lobby and the staff are polite and accommodating. They are slow in changing linen and it is necessary to ask otherwise it does not happen. There is no fridge in the room but a tv is prominently located. The building does show some signs of wear and tear but it is clean. It is a 40P ($1.00) raxi ride to most places in the central core and taxis are plentiful. A jeepney is only 8 cents.

Solo travelling on a budget”

The staff was pleasant and when I requested for an early check-in, my request was accommodated. Wifi was pretty fast and free! AC was cold. Room was clean and well lit. Bed was very comfortable. It's location was perfect for getting to everywhere in Cebu. Easy access to transportation. Short walk to Fuente Circle.

location is near the downtown area. near restaurants and groceries. facilities are okay for budget conscious. it has all you need. breakfast is okay. wifi is okay as well, you can do your work. good location. if you want a resort with a view and pool, this is not the place. if you want an ample place to stay and just rest for the night while touring cebu, then this is the place for you.

it is located in the center of cebu, near skyline adventure at crown regency hotel, near the famous sto nino church and magellans cross.A few minutes away from Ayala and Sm malls and to ports if you are planning for bohol. Great for fun and night life..

Simple but chearful rooms off the busy road”

If you need to stay in Cebu in transit this is a good option. The rooms are clean and the location good. It is also quiet for such a busy city.

we stay here every time we travel to cebu. its close to sm mall and macdonalds . the rooms are simple and the tvs are old but it does have hot water and a/c. there is no elevator. good restaurant serves a nice american/filipino b/fast.

Weve arrived late in Cebu and decided to eat dinner in the hotel. Kitchen staff refused to cook food. Said that they are about to go home(10:30pm). Kitchen closes at 11pm. After several discussion they cooked and give us our order. Bad customer service.

Clean, but old and as basic as it gets”

I had stayed there before, booking directly with the Pensionne (which is not more expensive than through agoda), so I knew what to expect. this is the place for u when u only care about the price and nothing much else. rooms are old and worn, though clean and not run-down. no elevator (4-storey-building). the cheap foam-mattress (Filipino-style) stank of sweat from other guests, not nice (didnt have that in earlier stays and other rooms). room cleaning only "on demand". location is good, set back from main road, therefore rather quiet. easy to get a cab. laundry and cheapo-Pinoy-style-eateries next door. staff is friendly and HONEST - I left my handphone in the room upon check-out and roomboy-staff alerted me immediately (gave him a tip of course). I might stay there again, when on a really tight budget. just never forget: you get what u pay for. for the money paid, it is ok.

i have frequently stayed at pacific pensionne because of its location and welcoming staff. sometimes there are lapses in repair but it is clean and simple. each room has a small tv with a few ebglish stations and modest furnishings

very pleasant stay, the staff were very helpful. it is located in a very central position in cebu and handy 7/11 open 24 hours. there is an excellent billiards hall next door and massage parlour. The rooms were neat and tidy.

Nothing special”

I guess this is the pension house for those from other provinces who come to visit Cebu. It's near the downtown area so you need not worry about traffic to visit the Basilica or Magellan's Cross. It's also near major hospitals (Chong Hua, Cebu Doc, Visayas Community, Vicente Sotto) so if you're hear for check ups, this pension house is a good option. But nothing really special about it. I personally feel you can find better deals in other pension houses.
