Pleasant Surprise”
Pacific Park is located next to Robinson's department store where many mini-van and transportation services stop. A welcome drink was a nice touch. I had upgraded to a new/refurbished room and was pleasantly surprised with a 4 or 5 star accommodation. Breakfast buffet was above average. There are many excellent Japanese and Thai restaurants in SriRacha.

This hotel is located across Robinson shopping mall and also, near there are many restaurants, massage shops and hospital. Very convenient place if you staying at Sri Racha. I would say this really value for money.

Hotel with 3 buildings”
Staff were lovely, however the booking was mixed up, we were placed in the wrong room type in the wrong building, after investigation we were immediately relocated. Room/apartment was very spacious, almost clean. The sink and stove top were all marked, the washing machine/dryer still had detergent clogged up in the shaft, it was great though to actually have a washer/dryer in the room. The balcony overlooked (almost on top of)the next buildings roof water and a.c. systems. The fact that we wont be staying there again is because Sri Racha is a dead end town, bars etc do not open until 6pm and not much else to do, I think it is a place for the local Bangkok people. Probably did not give it a proper chance. Booked and paid for 4 nights, left after the first night, had a lovely breakfast, tidied/packed then left.

The hotel is located right in the center of Sri Racha. Easy to walk to do your shopping, pick up a snack or dinner. Rooms are modern and very nice indeed. Very good value for money!

I've stayed here twice, and the last time I thought it was better than the first. I think it actually looks better in real life. I was in quite a comfortable room, bed was good, location is very convenient. Compared to Bangkok, Chonburi hotels are very expensive, so it's not exactly great value. But it is good and one of the best in Chonburi.

Convenient for first-time travelers”
I used to go to Siracha for the first time. The hotel is next to the Robinson department store of the city landmark. It's a location that you can tell anyone. Behind the Robinson department store, there are lots of Japanese restaurant, KTV, bar. Also convenient because there are lots of food courts and restaurants in Robinson. I chose the room of the new building. Very clean and not complaining. Breakfast is 1F restaurant, but there are also many items and it is delicious On the road in front of the hotel, VAN heading for Bangkok and Pattaya is a lot stopped so it's convenient. I went to Pattaya at 40 THB. When I came to Siracah again, I will choose this hotel.

Two bad experiences!”
Two bad experiences. When I arrived, I was booked into a terrible hotel apartment at the back beside a sewerage treatment works, with an exposed narrow verandah looking onto a mess, the worst booking I had ever made. When I complained that it was not even in the building they advertised, I was upgraded to a good room that was as I had expected. The second was when, after using the parking area daily, my partner was refused entry into the hotel car park by the attendent, who even refused to allow our car to be parked outside the car park against the gutter opposite. I have no idea why this happened (maybe a new parking attendant) but he would not accept her room key as evidence, and she had to drive down the streets of Chomburi to find a parking spot,vans I, at age 78 with a walking stick, had to walk from the hotel to the car! I twice asked to speak to the manager for an explanation, but he did not appear during our stay. The new part of the hotel is excellent, but the old part should never be associated with the name of the higher class newer part, because it will drag down the name of the new section. The hotel needs to seriously look at its management and procedures, as those two terrible mistakes should never have occurred during my 5 day stay,

Nice hotel and perfect location but staff not cooperative at all”
We like the hotel and the location. The room looks nice and clean. Instead very disapponting the staff : first we paid for a king size bed and we got a room with two bed separated. Also we got a problem for come back to the hotel from Bang Saen beach (tuk tuk didn't pick up at our calls for bring us back),we call the hotel for an help and the staff's answer that this was not a problem they have to take care! Later when we finally came back to the room we discovered that hotel has a FREE VAN Service to go and come back from that beach! But the staff didn't send that van for help us when we called them. Staff not cooperative at all when customer needs something. Very poor service.

very good hotel good position nice swimming pool and good gym the staff really good exepted for the restaurant staff ,breakfast is served up to 10.00 am i went for breakfast at 7.20 on the buffet there where no eggs ..i ask for it but them just answered egg finished and did not worry to cook some more ...that's very bad for a hotel such as this one ...next morning i changed restaurant i went to the one them serve cakes and coffee and that was good breakfast ....the hotel as more than one restaurant

Clean and new, we checked in fairly late at 9pm. There are issues with parking (ended up parking on curbside) but appears to be no problem.
