The staff were so. Kind and accomodating and will assist you in everything. The room ws a beauty, the sheets were spotless, new and whole room was super clean. Oh and the breakfast, they make it really special. I will come back here!

Bungalow in the frangipani garden”

Fancy bungalow in frangipani garden with Aircond and fridge. Every morning and evening the garden fills up with awesome smell of frangipani flowers and you won’t resist to take a rest at the terrace and breathe it in again and again.

the guys here were so cool - i got an upgrade to a bungalow which had great air con and pretty good wifi!! In the morning they even cut me fresh coconuts from the tree in the garden - they are all such cool guys!! Budget room”

The guest house is on the main stretch in Gili T, very close to other bars and restaurants which was great. I would say this place is good for a couple of nights, but if you want to stay on the island longer - spend a bit more on a nicer room.

Great location”

Got double booking when I checked in. They moved me to lower rate room but gave me refund. Great staffs. Bike rental was 40k per day. Try to bike around the island. It's awesome views.

Good budget accommodation opposite the beachfront”

Nice bungalows opposite the beachfront.Friendly staff.A little bit noisy at prayer time,due to proximity to the mosque.If you can put up with that,ozzy bungalows is very conveniently located.Easy walk to restaurants and bars,but not too close to the raucous nightlife area of Gili T

The location is perfect. Everyone super nice and genuinely friendly. The resident cat was a sweetheart. Only issue with the place is lack of some basic maintenance on the rooms/property. Also cleanliness could be better, especially bathrooms. With some fix-ups it would be a great value.

The price you pay for what you get. ”

Near to everything you want just need a 1 min walk out to the main road. No refrigerator, bed was hard, but the room was big. Staffs were friendly and responded well my requests.

Bathroom needs to upgrade. Water leakage from the push shower made the floor wet. Basin had been blocked and water drained out slowly. The staffs need to be more professional.

Ok type hotel for cheap rate”

Rooms are not clean. And the wash room was surprisingly open aired. That’s weird. Though the breakfast was good and room rent is cheap. But I love their staffs. They are really helpful and cooperative.

No deluxe room at all ”

I booked a deluxe room but it wasn’t. Full Of mosquitos, no water even the hot. Although the guy at reception is kind and friendly. I don’t recommend the room

Rooms need help from management ”

Had to move rooms because of poor A/C and forced to be satisfied. Mattress was uncomfortable. Staff twice had to restart hot water heater. Toilet flushing mechanism broke. But none of this was the fault of staff. Management needs to upgrade the rooms.

We booked Ozzy for two nights and just sucked it up for the first night then moved to a different resort. The pictures were nothing like the actual bungalows.

Acceptable”

Someone sneak in to our room and stole our cash when we are out for snorkelling trip. Cctv unable to show anything as there is an empty space at toilet roof where we suspect thats how they climb in. Need to bring out cash to anywhere u go where not all room provide safety box. Fyi, my room is the nearest to receptionist desk.

Bad service, manager did basically stole money”

I rented 2 cottages for me and my friend. The airco was working very minimal, it was off when we entered our rooms and it took ages to have any effect. (My room temperature never went below 27 degrees celsius) My friend decided to leave after a couple hours and find a differentplace to stay. His room got rented out the same day he left. The guy working said that he could give a refund when the manager was back. When the manager came back (we had to go back after our stay there), he said he would not refund it. So basically he sold the room twice. Pure theft if you ask me
