Awful experience ”

We booked a room for 2 on Agoda 2 days before arrival. We received 3 mails of confirmation. We arrived on the due date and they told us that they don’t have anymore rooms available - apparently a system problem. While the employee was very kind to us, the owner was so disagreeable and did not apologise one second. He continuously said it was not his fault and didn’t help us at all! By the time it has become late (midnight) and we were 2 girls alone with no place to sleep. This absolutely did not bother the owner who categorically refused to help us and find a solution. No feelings just business. I do not recommend this hostel at all. Worst hostel experience of our lives.

Well...no soap, no toilet paper, even no cover for a blanket, the pillows were smelly...but the worst part was a thousand bitey flies in the bathroom (well in the room a few too). The receptionist borrowed me a spray, I killed them, but in a moment there were other from the ventilation...otherwise not dirty or anything...but...please never again! :-D

Hotel bersih, lokasi juga strategis di dekat mall epicentrum. Staff juga ramah. Yang sedikit mengganggu cm suara pompa air yang bunyi terus. Tp secara keseluruhan ok lah, walaupun kmrn harga jd mahal krn ada event.

Benar-benar dekat mall Epicentrum, tinggal jalan sekitar 100 meter sudah sampai. Kurangnya hanya shower tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Air panas ada tapi air kesannya kurang bersih yaa.. Tp kamar bersih, tenang, dan nyaman 👍🏻

Masa pas sampai hotel diminta tambahan 40ribu, krna lagi cape terpaksa dah aq byr krna gk da waktu lagi buat nyari tmpat lain, airnya jg kcil dan bauuu Gk lagi dah kesini

Saat sampai hotel ada kenaikan harga 40% per malam tanpa informasi apapun, padahal qta sudah booking jauh-jauh hari, dia hanya menempel selebaran di meja resepsionis dengan alasan dari tgl 1 Mei sudah ada kebijakan dari hotel, tapi kami booking sebelum Mei dan cek in tgl 14 Mei. Untuk wisatawan lain sebaiknya hati-hati untuk booking di hotel ini atau oyo.
