      Unpleasant experience.”

      I highly do not recommend this place. I dont mind staying in place with less facilities like water heater & tv with price at RM100. But please please please maintain basic cleanliness like change the bedsheet and vacuum the carpet. Other than that — smelly room with old mattress, toilet cannot flush, leaking aircond, faulty door knob.

      Never expect Agoda has this kind of extremely poor quality hotel as partner! It's really downgrade Agoda's image! Extremely old and not maintained well chalet! Wooden flooring is shaky and not even! Toilet has no hot water, can't flush! The only one piece of old old floor mat...30yrs old 14" box type of TV for display only. Mattress are dirty smelly sinking down! When asking for toilet paper I was told that I have to buy myself! Rm180+ per ngt! Mau pengsan😭😂

      Administration is completely out of place. No water. Bedsheets not changed. No air cond remote. Beds and mattresses horrible. No TV. No proper workers. Only the owners and 2 young kids doing the chores. Plus one Rohingya. SABENA-Such A Bad Experience Never Again! By the way NO TOWELS also. For RM277.00 its not worth at all.

      1. There are some cracks on the walls and we can clearly hear what people next door are talking about. 2. The floor and the beds are quite sandy. 3. The queen bed can no longer be used (can feel the spring in the mattress). 4. Air conditioner cant be controlled (can only switch on/off, reason given by the receptionist: there's not enough remote control). 5. Beware of monkeys. Keep your waste basket inside.

      Keadaan chalet tidak di buat penyelenggaraan yang sepatutnya. Bilik air tersumbat, TV ada tp label tiada, towel yg di sediakan koyak, ada kebocoran Atap bila hujan. Paling mnyedihkan ada catuan air awal pagi, paip air di luar ada air, tetapi dalam bilik air dalam chalet tiada air. Harga yang di tawar kan amat tidak berbaloi Dengan kemudahan yang diberi kan.

      Lokasi agak strategik. Boleh jalan kaki ke pantai (seberang jalan kecil). Chalet dari luar ok. Dalam tidak memuaskan. Ada mini bar - tidak berfungsi. Tv - tidak berfungsi. Water heater - tidak berfungsi. Lubang siling di bilik air tidak bertutup. (Menyeramkan) Untuk owner please lupus barang² yang tida berfungsi seperti tv dan mini bar. Tak ada xpe tapi jangan letak barang rosak dlm chalet. Please upgrade facilities seperti water heater dan baiki kepala paip yang patah. Makesure lubang siling ditutup.
