Best place to stay! ”
One of the best budget-friendly hotels that can be found in Kuching area. Staying there for 2 nights and it is really value for money since we managed to get such a very lower rate when booking through Agoda which included with breakfast. The room is clean, spacious, complete facilities and very comfortable to stay. The staff and the owner are so kind, helpful, friendly and gave us such an excellent service during our stay. Thank you for treating us very well!

The hotel is in the good location just around 7 minutes walk from waterfront and surrounded by a lot of good restaurants, hawker foods, convenient stores, supermarket, etc. And the staff are also very kind, friendly, and helpful. Especially the receptionist there. Good service!!! This place is Highly recommended. I’m a very happy guest.

Great value for money given the location and quality of the room. For me I believe it's one of the best oyo rooms in Kuching. Stayed here couple of times at different type of rooms. The rooms are same as in picture, comfy and clean. Great staffs too

What more, there's even a good complimentary breakfast provided which you can choose one set from the menu. This is by far the best quality & value budget lodging you can find in Kuching!

Reviews by past customers are correct as described, Mr. PO is excellent, he drove me to the airport himself when I checked out on the last day, my flight leaves late in the evening and he offered me to hang out in the room for 1/2 day charge, and of course I paid him something for the drive to the airport similar to a Uber charge fare... Will sure come stay with him again...

Value for money, had simple nice breakfast, near waterfront and other facilities. Owner and staff are very friendly and flexible. If after 6pm, if we need something, there were no 24hrs Receptionist, so we need to call owner Mr Po which were always standby. However there was not a big deal as Mr Po always entertain all of our calls even we arrive room late at night (as key left for housekeeping). Room also clean and very nice. Comfortable to sleep. Will come here again if have business purpose in Kuching. Thanks a lot to Mr Po and Mandurah Room & Cafe Team for the great hospitality.

First of all , i wanna give credit to the owner for the great local breakfast. since am from local ,Kuching i love to explore new places ,food and stay. Let me share this with you. Since its just open a year ago. 1.It's very affordable and reasonable price to stay plus very strategic location (very near to the city) walking distance to waterfront , Mall , restaurant or any famous local food) 2. Not far if youre planning to go museum ,history places and etc. 3. Easy for u to find grab, bus, or taxi. 4. Great local breakfast, it did not serve by buffet just fyi. (They do have small cafe) at Ground floor. Cons 1. For those who plan to drive their own transportation, limited of parking 2. No water boiler tea or coffee or cup/ glass 3. No minibar 4.limited of tv channel 5. No hairdryer Sharing 6. Iron only availabe at 2nd floor And yes, thats all from me. Thank you

REAL GEM AT THE CORNER OF THE TOWN”
Don't be fooled by the building condition from the outside, the room is like a 3-4 Star hotel from the inside. Very comfortable and clean.The Cafe below serving good food and drinks too but close at late evening/early night time. The only thing that I think a bit uncomfortable is the tight space between the toilet door and toilet bowl. The door can touch the bowl (over the usage, might leave dent mark at the door).

The hotel are located not to far from tourist attractions in Kuching town as you can walk by the pedistrian about 10 minutes. Room are clean and spacious as I stayed there alone. Aircond ok overall satisfying with the services

Might not look like much from the outside but the room was excellent! Clean sheets, didnt smell, the bathroom was a nice touch, rainfall shower. And a free breakfast was included too! Aircond was cold. Very good for the price. Parking may be a bit of an issue but other than that, you won't get a better deal than this in town at this price.
