So hard to locate addres. Building is completely not well finished looks like a haunted place. No wifi..amenities no good.. no elevator. Water line is not fast.

The building is in bad shape, dirty and no reception. The address is wrong so very hard to find the 'hotel'. I wouldn't recommend you to go there.

I paid 3 days online, but I went out the very next morning. This place is very dirty. The building is poorly constructed. 3 brown dogs chased me when I took the Jolibee ordered from Grab rider.

I was trying to contact them; via call and e-mail but they're unreachable. I would understand if the fault is all on our end but at this point, since some roads are not passable as of yesterday, I can't even cancel my bookings and send them private messages via e-mail. I give them all one star because we didn't really consume or avail of the accommodation. I hope this situation will help the boards/staff to think outside the box on how they can be more reachable and accommodating to their customers.
