Another value for money budget hotel in city centre ”
For the price paid, it's more than good enough. Lots of eateries in the area and a short walk to the iconic riverfront. Friendly counter staff too. Though the hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast (the previous similar class one did) it however has water refill machine (Coway brand) that gives u either hot or cold water.

A good location, in old kuching town, there is a coffeeshop beneath, easy to get food, near to famous Choon Choon Cafe, however no hot shower for my single room,,.

Hotel area is clean, and bed comfortable. The room and toilet are small but clean. The facilities are fine. The location is very strategic. You could find good food nearby. The only thing I not satisfy is the waterpump noise. It feel annoying to hear such loud noise. I hope the management for the hotel will fix it.

Pay RM70 for a family room which is enough for 6 of us. Room is big enough but i have trouble carry my luggage for 4 times up, good exercises to me. The room air con gets too long to cool because the management take years to clean the filters i think, pls take it seriously if you want to have more customers these are basic things to get stay in. No breakfast and thr is one good restaurant down names Taiwan porridge which is highly recommended.

the room is completely different from the one shown in the photo. the lighting is terrible (dark), we can’t use the wifi, and one of the rooms given to us is supposed to be a single room but they forced to put 2 beds in it + it smells like cigarettes. after lots of complaints, we were given a single room as a substitute but its a lot better than the previous room cause it's got more space and we can put more bed in it. my dad asked for an additional bed and they gave it to us plus the blanket. when we first got there, the staff complained right in front of us that they actually won’t accept any guest under oyo reservation, etc etc (clearly that makes us uncomfortable), and when my mom asked to change the room, they replied with “why book online? u should check the room directly before u book it lah”. note that we’re travelling from other countries. the only time they apologized to us is when they gave us the additional bed.
