My worst experience in finding a guest house.”
They play dirty games with tourists, by pointing their localization on the Google maps over 500 meters aside o the real place, counting that tourist will pay and don't appear, because no possible to find them without a help of locals or Police.

Just terrible. We couldn't find the building anywhere, not even at the address where it's supposed to be. We wasted an hour or more trying to find it and it was just not anywhere. I don't recommend booking in this place. Almost feels like I was scammed. Lmao

When I got there, I was surprised that the room itself is located in a different building, kinda scary because the bldg is unfinished. Room is small and only one power outlet. Aircon is not working properly. Sink is not working, bidet is not working. No shower available & faucet has slow running water. Room is very much different from what is listed.

The place was dirty and dusty . The entrance is dirty too.. Staff were not accomodating.. Tv doesnt have a remote and so with the aircon.. no wifi yet they indicated their is.. will never book again.. i booked twin bed but they gave standard room..

Very poor service. Check in MUST BE 2PM, 4:30 na pero di p rin tapos maglinis. Di rin sinasagot ng receptionist ang call. Pension house itself is not good, looks like an abandoned house.

Affordable but unclean”
No towel. You need to pay 20 for it. No toiletries. Soap, shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste unlike other places with same or lower price. Room is small. No remote for the tv. There's a cockroach in the cr. Water had particles floating in the bucket.

The room is so small no wifi. Tv has no remote. The aircon has no remote you cannot adjust and you'll freeze to death. No towels. No staffs in this extension building to assist.

I booked for a room which is good for 2 but they only provide 1 towel and 1 pillow, I asked why? The receptionist said because I booked for a standard room that's why they will only provide 1 towel and 1 pillow. ABSURD! Then they asked me for a deposit of 300, 200 for the tv remote and 100 for the key card. What's rediculous is we could not watch any movies because it was not connected to cable and even if it is not , we could not even watch because channels are unclear. The rest room is very dirty, the equipments are already damaged that should have changed. No wifi that is in contrast to their ads. Good thing I brought my own router. I tried to order food , thinking they can provide because they have their menu inside the room bit unfortunately they did not have any. So, if you do not want to waste your money, find another hotel not this one (mambaling pensionne 1 and 2).
