      Very clean and nice owner ”

      I Will highly recommend this place. Så clean and Nice. And the owner was so helpfull. My friend was sick, so I would go out in Padang to boy some stuff that could help. The owner stopped me, and said it was not a good idea to go out alone, so he drove himself and bought all the stuff.

      If you just need to sleep, I recommend it. However, there are no amenities, so if you are expecting some kind of service, you should look for another hotel.

      Pas pour les étrangers ”

      Les chambres sans fenêtres sur l'extérieur se retrouve autour d'une salle commune ou les employés chantent et parlent fort jusqu'au petites heures du matin. L'insonorisation est absente et la seule fenêtre donne sur leur spectacle. Nous avons demandé un transport pour Bukittinggi, on se fait répondre 35000 rupiah/personne une fois le bus appeler il nous disent que finalement se sera 50000 puis le taxi arrivé ça devient 75000.... à prendre ou à laisser. Mais la meilleure la dedans, on a embarquer des gens sur la route. Pour la confiance envers cet établissement, on repassera. Je suggère le bat and arrow ou le proprio semble sympa.

      Kronologis kisah saya: tanggal 25 des 20 saya sudah lakukan pembayaran, akan tetapi sampai di hotel disebutkan kamar penuh dan pihak hotel berjanji awal januari akan investigasi dengan pihak OYO terkait refund nya Hingga akhir feb 21 ini tidak ada konfirmasi dari pihak hotel dan OYO, saya hubungi pihak hotel, karyawan bilang bukan urusan dia....ini management nya bagaimana ya, whatsapp saya tidak direspon

      Sebenarnya sah2 saja kalau mau menaikkan harga cuma jangan ketika orang sudah deal dan bayar, sesampainya di penginapan dimintai tambahan, dengan alasan aplikasi bermasalah, setiap aplikasi punya cara tersendiri untuk menggaet pelanggan, tolong dibenahi lagi biar ga ada lagi yg kecewa dengan tambahan tiba2 saat sampai di hotel. Semoga ke depannya lebih baik lagi.
