(+) - Fast check in (waktu check in tidak lama) - Got a welcome drink (dapat minuman sambutan) - Friendly receptionist (resepsionis ramah) - Big room (kamar luas) - AC and hot water works fine (AC dan air panas untuk mandi tersedia dan berfungsi dengan baik) (-) - There were stains on the bed linen which probably causing some ants on the bed. My body was itching wearing the blanket. I was worried that the bed cover wasn't washed or replaced. (Bed covernya agak bernoda dan mungkin itu menyebabkan timbulnya semut di tempat tidur. Saya gatal-gatal memakai selimutnya. Saya khawatir bed covernya tidak dicuci atau diganti karena juga tidak wangi sama sekali). - More stain in the bathroom although the bathroom looks pretty. (Banyak noda kekuningan di kamar mandi walaupun kamar mandinya tampak cantik)

I was rejected despite having agoda's booking confirmation”
I am very dissapointed when I came to the hotel, the staff said that there was no email confirmation from Agoda. I gave my booking confirmation but they didn't accept it.

Wifi doesn't work on our room”
You need to sit on the lobby to get wifi. Not nice. The room has dark vibe, and when I opened window curtain I saw parking lot. People could see me if open curtain on the room. Haha. But you do not many hotel choice on Padang Panjang

The room was small, humid and not very nicely decorated. The bath room was not clean and slippery. The breakfast was okay. We can jog around the hotel that has beautiful views. Overall, the hotel is worth the price (which is cheap).

Enjoy and comfortable to stay. Room a bit small but clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and always smile. Breakfast served before 7am. Got a lot of variety but a bit salty. If can reduce the salty, will be very good. Near to a lot of nice restaurant eg Pak Datuk n Mak sukur satey.

the whole staying was oke, except for the carpet. it's a new carpet but it was not properly installed.overall the hotel itself is oke.

the hotel is in a good location, near the food outlets. it needs to attend to the cleanliness of the room and keep the toilet clean and not smelly. the room is spacious but the cleanliness is not up to standard. the AC leaks and drips.

The hotel do not have hot water in the bathroom. All rooms are two single beds. No cable channels only local indonesian channel available. The breakfast is poor. Service is not great.

Noisy and dirty rooms”
Worst hotel experience we had in a month of travelling around Indonesia. Double room we were given at first was smelly - damp and drains were only partly masked by very strong air freshener. Mould and mildew in the bathroom, no toilet paper and the bed had dirty sheets. 2nd room was marginally better but next to reception so very noisy and with window view of water and septic tanks. Neither room seemed fit for purpose. After a disrupted night we asked for a quieter room, and were told that the best they could do would be a twin unless we paid more. Inexperienced staff were pleasant and generally willing to help, but seemed to have had no idea about customer service. No one appeared to be officially in charge. Staff saw no issue in turning on the reception TV loudly at 1am (waking us up) or in sitting on the main stairs with their friends: smoking, talking loudly and taking selfies. We paid similar amounts for much better quality elsewhere. One to avoid...!

The bathroom was not too good. Flush was not running smooth and waiting too long for hot water for more than 25 mins, even the next day was stopped completely, no hot water.
