Shit Scam”

Hopeless came there and was told no room was available even though I should them a booking confirmation so I don’t expect any charges at all.. had to walk up and down the street to look for another hotel.. given this was my first time here I am very disappointed

Paid but can't get our room”

We have been told that there is no more room available only after we made our payment and arrived the hotel from a very far place.... Normally O won't leave bad review but this really is a very bad experience... Definitely won't recommend or come back again!

Worst experience in Vietnam! ”

I had 1 night booking in this hotel and payment already taken. I walked in to the hotel and the old lady at the reception looked at my booking and shook her head and said NO. Go. Go.. I tried to ask what's the problem, she refused to explain.. Refused to refund and asked her staff to push us out. Outside she has some friends, who threatened to hit me if I did not go away. I called OYO main reception and after 1 hour they managed to find me another hotel...by far the worst experience of any hotels I ever had... OYO have taken this hotel off their listing even though the hotel is still using OYO branding already, but sadly its still on agoda.. Be careful booking hotel

Good location”

Good location, you can walk to all main touristic points. There's also a party street in walking distance. Room was nice, clean and big. Staff were helpful

Non sono solito a scrivere recensioni e posso definirmi senza molte pretese riguardo gli alloggi. È da sei settimane che viaggio per il sud est asiatico e non ho mai incontrato persone così maleducate. Ho prenotato una camera per una notte pagando tramite Agoda. Al nostro arrivo, dopo mezzanotte, la “gentile” signora alla reception non ci ha dato la camera e si è rifiutata di rimborsarci. NON ANDATECI! Ho letto che è successo ad altri viaggiatori! Esistono molti altri alloggi economici con personale più gentile e disponibile ad aiutarti!

Khách sạn bé. Bẩn. Nhân viên không thèm tiếp khách đặt qua Agoda. Xung quanh ồn. Vỉa hè sảnh bẩn. Sảnh tầng 1 bé nhưng 1 nửa cho 1 bên trung tâm bán tour thuê lại. Khi tới nhận phòng lúc 12h trưa thì được bảo ngồi đợi. Đợi tới 13h chiều có 1 NV xuống bảo 14h mới đúng thủ tục nhận phòng. Đành phải để túi tạm lại chỗ bán tour đi ăn. 17h chiều quay lại kêu đợi. 17h 30 ra bảo nếu muốn ở thì chỉ được ở tới 8h tối thôi. Mặc dù tiền phòng đã trả hết rồi. Tôi gọi ĐT cho hotline của OYO các bạn ấy kêu tôi đợi tìm KS khác chuyển qua. Xong 1 tiếng sau vẫn không có. Gọi hotline Agoda rất nhiệt tình tư vấn nếu hủy sẽ hoàn tiền. Tiền phòng tôi đã trả cho Agoda 100% rồi. Bên OYO là 1 bên trung gian thỏa thuận với nhiều khách sạn kiểu thế này. Có OYO tốt có nơi không tốt hên xui cho khách. Chủ thật của khách sạn này không thiện ý hợp tác với OYO. Nên rủi ro là khách hàng trả tiền hết rồi bị mắc lừa. Trả tiền 24 tiếng hết rồi mà kêu cho ở 3 tiếng. Agoda thì chỉ giúp bằng cách hoàn tiền. Rất buồn. Sẽ không quay lại. Nhân viên OYO thiện chí tư vấn hotline nhưng các ông chủ OYO và chủ thật của Ks này lại không tốt.
