WARNING!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS "HOTEL"!!!!!”

I booked 5 nights on Agoda. When I arrived at the hotel I was bluntly told that the hotel did not honor reservations from booking sites anymore. They offered a refund (not sure I got it, I somehow doubt it) but didn't care that I came there for nothing and wasted time and money going there. There was 0 support. No help to find another room, no transfer to another hotel was offered, nothing. Not even a glass of water or a towel (I was very sweaty from the long trip). The receptionist simply didn't care at all. 10 minutes later another gentleman arrived and he was also sent off in the same rude way. By the way, check the Internet for OYO hotels, there are more horror stories. Better stay away from any of them.

After arriving at the hotel at 11pm. We were told by reception that the contract between them and agoda have ended a month ago. Even after confirmation emails the receptionist did not accept the booking we have showed them. Then they offered us to cancel on Agoda then book direct with them and paid their actual price not Agoda price. I sent email to complain but no one has replied yet. Seems like Agoda doesn’t care about customer’s complaining after booking processed.

The room was great overall but it was very noisy. Right outside the door is the lobby and I could hear people constantly. The curtains did not block enough light coming from the bright lights just outside at night.

Clean hotel. Located at very happening area, surrounded with lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful. It's noisy sometimes but not a big deal though.
