Feel at home in Davao ”

Strategic location. Walking distance to SM City Davao and to main roads. Located inside residential area. Very nice rooms. The apartelle room assigned to us was very spacious with two bedroom, one bathroom at the second floor and one toilet on the first floor, kitchen, living room. And the staff are super nice and helpful. I'll surely stay here when I come back to Davao. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. 😊 I recommend this property.

Best Bang for Buck”

Good neighborhood, safe place, good staff, fairly good place, convenient location. Not much to see, no windows, but if you just want a place to stay and sleep for cheap price. And easy access to matina, ecoland, sm, then this place is best for you.

it’s a block away SM ecoland and has a shortcut route from the place to there. Staff were great as well and all day breakfast food was good as well.

Situated in a quite and peaceful community though near SM City, business estblishments and main road. Clean rooms, toiletries given were good ones not the cheap kind, and comfy beds and pillows.

A good choice for travelers”

The place we booked was a 2 bedroom suite and we were surprised that it was actually like a two-story townhouse. It had a kitchenette, a small sala and two separate bedrooms with a bathroom on the second floor. We were comfortable enough. The staff is said to sanitize regularly. I found the windows and hard to reach places a little dusty, which for me is an issue due to asthma. The place was a great location for our needs.

The room is clean, no strong smell of cleaning agent. No strong smell of detergent on the linens. the reception is so friendly and accomodating.

Reservations may be affected due to late update of system, when I checked in with my companion, we reserved two rooms and there was supposed to have 3 other rooms available after paying and upon check in we had to pay additional charges as there were no more rooms of our choice available. The rooms were clean though

Room is decent enough. Has tv and hot shower works well..said free wifi but room has no wifi. I was in the 1st floor. Poor network signal inside the room so nothing to do but just sleep.

Noise and ants, poor wifi”

Definitely not recommended, will never use this place again. 1. On the third floor there's a utility room opposite room 306 with an extremely noisy water pump that makes a constant loud noise every time anyone in the hotel uses a toilet or shower. It can still be heard, quite loud, in ground floor and second floor rooms. We know because we insisted on a room change because of it. 2. There's no lift, not good if you're on the third floor. 3. The rooms we used all had tiny ants scurrying around on the floors and worktops. 4. The wifi is fine when it's working, but it frequently goes off for hours at a time.

I had skin rashes after showering, red rashes and itchy. This I get from dirty water or linens/towel.

Okay, everything is good except for the location of my assigned room. It was near their water tank and it disturbs my sleeping whenever it makes some annoying noise.
