Needs renovation”
No staff available on site. They just left the key and a paper with their wifi password. Everything is very old. Beds all lost their shape and support, duvets are clean(hopefully) but looks very old and been used for 10 years. Towels are all worn as well. First time leacing a comment like this but definitely the worst motel I've been to.

John was excellent for his service and friendliness. It would been nicer if the property had wi-fi facility everywhere because life without internet is miserable. Property management should arrange internet facility throughout the premises equally as soon as possible.

Good location but squeaky floors”
Nice and cute chalets. Kithen facilities were good. However, we didn't sleep well due to the squeaky floor boards. The sound of the stream running next to our chalet was very soothing. Loved it.

A tranquil stay”
We had a perfect stay at Ossies Chalets. The chalet was very spacious and comfortable in a lovely garden setting overlooking a stream. Cooking facilities were very good and we had the use of the bbq in the motel grounds. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The room was big and cold especially in the bedroom where there was no heater. One morning, we found a big spider crawling out from my boy's shirt pocket. Note that they charged extra for bedsheets and duvets.

Eloigne du centre ville, litterie au niveau superieur sans barriere de protection au niveau de l'escalier donc hasardeux avec jeune enfant. comme precisez lors du booking le paiement aurait du se faire sur place...mais prelevement sur CB fait des la reservation soit 1 semaine avant la nuite
