Brand new hotel with pooll and close to town ”

Pros: this is a very new hotel with clean modern rooms and facilities Pool was very nice and clean Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection Very nicely stocked and priced vending machine for drinks and snacks Hotel offers ticket service and hotel pickup for both ferry lines going to Koh Samui koh, koh phangnan, Koh Tao Bicycles available for rent Staff was helpful and attentive 7-11 and a couple restaurants very close Over bridge from Surat Thani town so quiet at night Cons: Walking in to town is about 10 minutes over the bridge to most things but an easy walk Pool area could use a few more lounge chairs Restaurant offers room service but only open until 14:00 (2pm) Could use a lobby bar in hotel No scooter rental onsite (but this is mainly a transit hotel (1 night stay) anyway) Overall this is a solid choice for the money and everything up to standards Would stay again while in Surat Thani

I had a good impression at the first time that i walked into the hotel. There are good service from the front. All of staffs are friendly. The room was clean and good location. I can tell that you won’t disappoint! Recommend this hotel to stay in Suratthani!!!!

good hotel just over the bridge from city center . we rented a motorbike so was easy to get around ..it as a nice swimming pool .the rooms are clean and big ...breakfast as i sayd ok if you eat thai food too ..otherwise you will find only fried eggs ( cold) sausagges and ham ...same every day but i would come back

Fresh New Hotel”

Great place with that price. Pool is just nice for short water splashing with kids. Location is across the river from main town, but actually perfectly distant. You get to see the bridge, and I did my morning jog into the town area, which actually only 1.5km away. Grab are 5minutes await, and you can easily go around the common Surat Thani places from there. Staff are helpful, and helped for taxi to airport. I like this hotel. It looks like a new hotel, very clean looking with new funiture etc. Keep it up.

This hotel is nearby the river. It is new so everything is still in good condition. Staff is OK. Breakfast has a combination of American breakfast and local foods. If you do not have a car, it is very difficult to get into the center of town. it is quite far from the big department store, like Central department store, BigC , Homepro, etc.

Location was perfect”

A stop off on the way down to Had Yai. Brand new hotel with everything pristine. Rooms spacious and everything functional. Plenty of parking. Nice clean swimming pool. A walk about exercise park across the road on the island called Koh Lamphu and an excellent restaurant called Crossroads next door by the river. Even a 7-Eleven and Lotus just outside the hotel. Could not have picked a better place with all the above within 5-minutes walking distance.

The hotel is quite new. It vastly exceeded both my and my Thai wife's expectations. Super clean room with a very comfortable bed. WiFi worked well for me. No noise to bother either of us. I passed on the breakfast and my wife nibbled on a tiny bit of the offerings. Overall we were quite pleased with this hotel

Thanks to a posted review before we booked. Yes, great place. Good location with 7-11 and great riverside restaurant, all walkable. Beds could of had a little more money spent on them, but room has lovely shower and rooms are very nice.

Great place for a stop-over in Surat Thani”

Newly built, clean and comfortable. There are convenience stores nearby and a really good riverside restaurant a few minutes walk away. Not exactly center of the city so we asked the taxi who dropped us from the airport to pick us up in the morning to the catamaran jetty, which worked out really well. Highly recommended.

Quality big hotel”

Good value for money, is worthy of been a 4 star hotel, good street food very nearby near entrance, unfortunatly no bars this side of bridge , over the bridge there’s a good bar called the drunky bear , has live bands on at night , has a touristy feel, not to many other bars around in Surat thani, plenty of street food near the river. is a proud untouristic feel to the place very real Thai type of town

Just booked in for one night before flying back to Bangkok. Lady on front desk (possibly management) spoke very good English and was happy to help me find some cardboard (I've been cycling along the coast roads and needed some cardboard to help pack up my folding bike). Overall it's a nice Thai hotel. Pool could do with more furniture. if I'm going via Surat Thani again and I need to stop over I'll not bother looking elsewhere.

Bets place for a stop off in Surat Thani”

Nice hotel opposite the bridge. Within walking distance of the small food market and the ferry offices to get to the islands. Stayed one night, looked like a nice pool (we didnt use as arrived late) and a pleasant breakfast. Staff didnt speak great English but we they were lovely. Would stay again!

... modern, clean hotel. The complimentary breakfast must be good for Asians guests. Not so much for us. Cold fried eggs... instant coffee... fruit was ok though.

Clean Hotel and Friendly staff ”

Stayed here for two nights under different room after recheck in. The room were great, new and has good facilities such as buffet breakfast, swimming pool, vending machine, free water dispenser, rental bicycle and car park. The receptionist were friendly especially the lady at night and who were at breakfast room.

Brand new hotel in the heart of the city”

Super clean and modern rooms. Great location in downtown. Everything went fine. Only one thing : when booking, the room is advertised as "2 kids under 12 can stay for free" but there's actually nothing to make them sleep as there's only a queen bed.

Nice and clean hotel. I bought a baby and the hotel does not have kettle, or any kettle to borrow. Very inconvenient to bring young children.

Very little tuk tuk and taxis in the city. It's very easy to get around if you are renting a car.
