It was a good stay, though i dont think i’ll stay there again”

The location is bit far from the opera, we have to walk uphill which is bit tired for us to push stroller but the staffs are very friendly. And also there’s chinese restaurant just accross the street. Space of the room is quite small but the bathroom is fine.

I went with my sister. Yes, the room wasn't very big but the staff are very friendly! We had problems with our luggage not arriving but the staff helped us from beginning to end. They even helped us print our museum admittance tickets. They speak very good English. The cleaning staff were super friendly as well. The location is very convenient too. It was very reasonably priced. I didn't regret my stay here one bit.

Very good location but don't like what they do with me”

I booked two rooms and also request next to each other room but when I was there they gave me one room on third floor and my room on the ground floor. It was was very tiny & not very clean. I ask them why I have got this room even though I requested next to each other they said they don't have any when I said I booked it almost a month ago. The receptionist was very rude very arrogant. the hotel is in a good place but the lift was very very very tiny.

Good location with friendly staff”

Me and my friend stayed for 6days and the location was very nice. Staff were kind and we were able to tour around tourism places without difficulty. A bit old and holds small elevator but good service for its price :) 직원이 매우 친절하고 조금 낡기는 했지만 위치가 좋아요

Room was a little worned out, dated looking, mainly d cupboards & d carpet-that would be d only thing that was amiss in this hotel. Bathrooms were clean, beds comfy, rooms larger than d usual Parisian hotels, location & staff were great, breakfast was fair & d price resonable.

This hotel is located in Saint-lazare. It's very close to subway/train station. And all staffs are very kind. I recommend it.

Pros: Location, Price Cons: The staffs are helpful in the way of treating customer tenant, but strongly suggestion to improve the data facilities especially when city tax and so on payment made by counter desk, need to be record either with a hard copy of receipt. Been claiming not paying the City Tax when check out

Good location, good price”

Location and price were good. Hotel is central, but rooms are small. Bathroom was even smaller. Shower only accommodates very small people. Rooms are not well insulated so I could hear neighbors.

never book this hotel. it is not nice and very small rooms.worst is, my friends money and mine were stolen inside our luggages which were locked by us inside the hotel room.they will let u leave ur room key to them everytime you leave the hotel . when our luggages were forcefully opened and our money was stolen they didnt even helped us to investigate the case and the hotel manager was not even there to help us.there was no cash deposit box inside the room.they said they have in the reception area but they never told us about it when we checked in.we reported the case to the police but they cannor do anything but to get it in paper and said they will investigate the matter without definite day or week. if you book this hotel get ready to have your money gone..cheap hotel cost me more and stressed me and my friend. our vacation was totally destroyed because of this hotel.

Acceptable”

Internet doesn’t work. The room had a screen and a old computers on the floor probably forgotten there. The AC was extremely noisy (it is really old)
