Poor”
Very friendly Front Desk young lady assigned us our room, which turned out to be a Casita by the golf course. When we found the casita, all three entries to our room (front door, a second entry door, and the patio door were slightly ajar or unlocked. The room was dated (old furnishings, very old looking linens on the bed, etc) dirty (the carpet looked stained and worn) and configured in an odd way. We picked up our things and went back to the front desk. After explained to the Manager and Frost Desk staff our disappointment, we were assigned another room overlooking the pool. Even though we had explained to the Manager we couldn't have a room where you had to use a stairway to get to it (bad knees!) once we found the second room there were a large flight of stairs to overcome. This time the room was updated and comfortable. A much relief. Later that evening, after having dinner, we found are way back to the flight of stairs, back to our room....and the key wouldn't work! Help!

Above average”
There was a 18” by 2’ stain in the center of the carpet and the room smelled bad. Our egg chef was rude. My husband asked for scrambled eggs. The chef hands him the eggs and says here's your omelet. My husband says i’d like scrambled eggs please and the ”chef” says I just flipped them over, they're scrambled,, you can eat them. So he says ifs an omelet then learns it should have been scrambled and decides to call the omelet ”flipped over”. There was no one in line to get eggs. He was not busy.

Toller Ausblick, schlechter Service!”
Unterm Strich: Besser anderes Hotel nehmen!
