good quality, safe and clean”

The hotel is simple, clean and safe. The front desk is always manned with security, that will help hold traffic to cross the street. We booked the family room which was nice and big. The family runs a great bakery downstairs, so be sure to try their menu. There are restaurants and spas in the area too. The front desk helped us book. You can request airport pick up as well. Highly recommend the suites, as it is good quality for the price range.

Prime location but needs to improve the facility”

I've been visiting Oftana since it was new and we've been recommending it to friends for quite some time. Lately though, you can see the rooms getting dilapidated and no longer has that clean feeling that it used to have. They added an elevator which is a welcome improvement but more than that, it would be best to maintain the beds, walls, and rooms in general to bring the place back to its simple yet homey feel. Location is excellent as commercial complexes have developed beside or in front of it. It would be a waste to not take care of this place. We've always looked at Oftana as excellent value for money but if the rooms are not improved, we'll just probably just look at newer options. High hopes still for management to renovate and improve.

I'd recommend this place for its location, it is very accessible and near key areas of AS Fortuna and Mandaue City. The room was simple but well maintained. It had all the basic features I needed to be comfortable like big space, functional air-conditioning and hot and cold shower with good water pressure. There was also a mini fridge. The staff were also accommodating and very helpful.

Large and comfortable rooms reasonable priced”

I was very pleased with Often Suites. My room was very large. The Wifi was excellent. The shower was excellent, with a strong stream of hot water and a shower curtain. Room was clean with good cable tv signal and good aircon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For my purposes, the location was excellent. There are certainly plenty of nearby restaurants. The price is very reasonable considering the high quality of the room and service.

Very good location but....”

what i like most is 1st: the location... cross the road and there's jollibee. there's a 711 and banks nearby. some of the famous restaurants like AA's are just few mins walk. 2nd: the staffs are friendly and entertaining. 3rd: the room is spacious! you can do cartwheel inside the room 4th: despite the room is old, the aircon is cold. cons: the room is old and kinda "dark". not sure if its because of the light color/shade or not enough lights but i find the room kinda gloomy. the bedsheet and the blanket is thin. the tv is not even lcd :D its old school crt but has cable. the shower head is really old. its like the shower head in your house that is not working anymore. overall.... this hotel is cheap but location wise is really good. the room and the bathroom is clean but it's really old and in my opinion really need a slight renovation.

My stay here has been more than satisfactory. Most malls are within 100P cab ride. The suite was spacious and clean. And the staff/service was excellent throughout. My only lament is the breakfast menu for someone who doesn't eat pork/beef :-|

Perfect location”

I had attended a party at Oakridge Pavilion and this is the closest hotel I could book. Very affordable and right in front of Jollibee (open 24hours)which was where I got our meals when my kids got hungry. Near Oakridge where Rustan’s Fresh is located. A few minutes away from J Center Mall where I got my dress for the night from. Front desk was not too friendly though. She was not even smiling when I said I had a booking. The other staff were really nice, though. The guards helped us cross the street and hail a cab. The bakery downstairs should sell meals. It’s the only thing that’s missing.

PERFECT”

The room is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The location is great since it is along the highway and there are lots of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Overall it was a great stay for us!

I had a good stay at the hotel with no nasty surprises. It was raining everyday, so I spent more time in my room than usual. It was a large room with a huge mirror, refrigerator, a large closet with two hangers, a big desk, decent bed, two pillows and good AC. Be careful of the hot water in the sink and shower as it actually comes out steaming, and it can burn you before you can react! The have warnings posted, so believe them. There is an elevator also. The AA Barbeque a couple blocks up the street was a good deal with good food.It cost me less than 200 each night for 6 sticks of pork barbeques, two rice and a can of coke. The WiFi was always working which is always nice.

The staff there was so accommodating. I came with 6 month old baby. They gave us room that was big enough to put crib inside and we bought foam blocks for baby to crawl around floor. The staff is extremely friendly and my props go out to "Stella" love her. She was wonderful. If you travel to Philippines, you must stay here and try the pastries there. The "Torta" is fabulous. See.you next visit!!!!!

The room was super clean. It's also quiet. Maybe got a little prob because they don't have breakfast which is important for me because I don't like to go out from my room early in the morning.

Good stay”

I liked the place. You can't find a better place for the money. You can find a nice place to eat around the area, but not a whole lot going on. Nice proximity to a small catholic church, Our Lady of Peace, which is also a convent. And SM is less than a P100 taxi ride away.

Good location”

Nice place with refrigerator and hot water. TV was a bit dated but works. Internet worked good for us. They were very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage there while we traveled to another island for a few days and didn't charge us a storage fee. Thank You

Accessible hotel”

Very accessible just near oakridge. Room is big and bed is very comfortable. Budget friendly. No free breakfast and the restaurant at the grd level serving breakfast is overpriced.
