Stunning lake views - great value ”
Stayed in a 1 bed room apartment which was fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer and balcony facing the lake and a fire place. After travelling in a campervan this felt so luxurious and spacious and was great value for money. About 2km from the centre but had a car for the second day. Highly recommended beats staying in any Airbnb in the area. The views were phenomenal

Amazing apartment resort ”
Best views of the mountains and lake from the apartments and only a 5 minute drive from town. Apartments are equipped with everything and the staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

We booked a Lakeview suite. Stunning views. Room was spacious, so cosy with a fire. The bathroom was a bit small & tired as was parts of the hotel. A complimentary shuttle was offered which made it super easy if you wanted to go into the town for dinner & a few drinks. Staff were friendly.

3 bedroom lake view apartment is excellent for group of 6. Sunning views with lake facing balcony.”
We stayed there 4 times in the last 6 years. Staff and service have improved. Wifi availability and speed has also substantially improved from previous years. Excellent lake views, fully equipped kitchen most suitable for a group who like to cook and enjoy their own meals over a few glass of wine in the dining area or out on the balcony. Prices should be kept low as there are more and more similar properties available nearby.

Spacious and good facilities ”
We stayed for three nights at a two bedrooms unit. The room is spacious and modern. The facilities are great. There was a full kitchen, oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. We were able to relax in the room on a lazy rainy day with young kids. However, the tv channels are limited to free view only. We found a bed big on the first night and some lights are not working properly (a light bulb was provided on our last day). There is no air conditioning in the room but fans are provided.

Close to lake only 10m away from the lakeside and very spacious. Nice facility. Car park would be little difficult to park due to tight space.

Our room was lovely and clean. Staff were really nice. Restaurant not available and this was the only down side as it is a bit of a distance to go to town for dinner. Best night sleep ever though in a hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location with friendly helpful staff”
Helpful, friendly staff. They were happy to make a room change for us. It was great to have undercover parking and also a complimentary shuttle into town. An easy walk along the lakeside path into the centre of town.

Oaks Shores is a nice place but beware booking a cheap deal through agoda (as for any accommodation provider) they can put you in the worst room. We were put in the room as close to Queenstowns main rd as you could where road noise doesn't stop. HOWEVER we asked if there was a quieter room and they kindly moved us to a better room which was very nice of the staff. They were also polite and helpful. There is also a free shuttle service which is nice because you aren't right in the middle of Queenstown

Great location, with views to the Remarkable Mountains, across the lake. The hotel provide a shuttle bus that runs regularly to the city centre & back. This was a great bonus. The happy hour at the hotel bar was well worth attending. My room didn't have a microwave but otherwise it was nice with direct access to outdoors. Getting from reception to the room was a bit of a walk via the underground car park but it is well marked out...just don't carry more than one bag coz there are 6-10 steps to go up/down between reception & the rooms

A stunning view over the lake situated in a very handy place not far from town. They have a handy free shuttle that takes you into town or you can walk along the lake track. The apartment was very spacious and clean.

Great location but had a very stuffy room that I had booked and paid for 2months in advance,however GradOne offered a same hotel with lakeside view which I did ask for but was told will do the best but never eventuated despite emailing a number of times that were Never responded to at all. The terrace was very dirty and so was at the enterance to the room.Disappointed as I had better room than this at a cheaper price and lake side view too. Never book and pay in advance when free cancellation is not allowed.
