Disappointing”

This is by no means to the standard of a Novotel, I really don't know how they dare to market themselves as Novotel. The Mercure across the street is FAR better than this "upscale Ibis". So you check in. You bring your car. You ask politely, where can you park your car? Staff's answer: we do provide parking space at a cost, 20 Euros/night. They never tell you there is PLENTY of parking space in the surroundings of the hotel. Second, this is Novotel Suites, remember? "Suites", even for the not-so-seasoned traveler, the meaning entails a little bit of a serviced apartment feeling, or at least, a few amenities not usually available in a hotel room, such as a table, cutlery, and a couple of glasses maybe? Well, prepare for paper cups, no cutlery and if you're thinking of popping a bottle of wine, no corkscrew. Call the front desk to bring one up maybe? Certainly not, we only have two for the whole hotel! Disappointing is an understatement...

Good room but disappointing service”

Good hotel, really nice room, both clean and very spacious. Unfortunately we forgot our daughters teddy bear and her blanket in the room when we left for the airport, we contacted the hotel right away, and they claimed they couldn't find any of the things. It's disappointing that a nice hotel likeNovotel can't provide better service in that regard. So unfortunately, all in all, we were not happy with the stay.

Very limited services not in line with a so called 4 stars hotel. Very small chambers.

disgusting”

I will never ever stay in thus hotel anymore. Im supposed to stay 2 nights but I will leave by tomorow. Novotel is supposed to be a High standing and even not a bottle of water, or a tea cup or glasses in the bedroom. shower is very small and disgusting. TV is lost in the corner on a small piece of wood which is suppoed to be a table. Anyway... I prefer to loose one night of my booking than staying in this hotel.

After being an Agoda member for 20years, I’ve never have problems…Everything was good. But my hotel reservations this time, made me disappointed. I’ve booked 2rooms and pay for it already but when I check-in they told me I only pay for one room even tough they took the money fully but said I didn’t payed. I wish there won’t be any problem like this next time.

Je regrette pas d’avoir choisi cet hôtel ma famille et moi. Mes Enfant de 6 mois et 3 ans, se sont bien amusé tout est fait pour que le séjour ce passe au mien. Lit à disposition. Je ne regrette pas.

Déçu - chambres non rénovés”

J'ai été débité sans avoir pu y séjourné. Parti de l'hôtel quelques heures après l'arrivée en raison notamment des chambres qui m'ont été attribués (attentions, chambres rénovés et non rénovés, mais l'information n'est pas présente sur la réservation du site Agoda). Parti avec l'accord du personnel : aucun prélèvement n'aura lieu et pourtant, j'ai été prélevé peu de temps après. 3 semaines plus tard toujours pas remboursé. Déçu, du prestataire Agoda, mais également de l'hôtel dont j'avais gardé un bien meilleur souvenir il y a plusieurs années. Un coup de jeune est plus que nécessaire... pour un 4 étoiles, les prestations et cadre ne correspondent pas.

Semblable à un ibis budget dès années 90. Il n’a de 4 étoiles que le classement, que fait atout France ?? On se le demande!!! L’hôtel est d’une vétusté sans nom.... A fuir de toute urgence.

Déçue pour un Novotel”

Plus de place dans le parking de l’hotel en arrivant mais personnel très sympathique. Agoda n’avait pas transmis le message comme quoi nous avions 2 enfants et on nous a donné une suite avec canapé. pour avoir de la place pour tout le monde. La chambre sentait très fort la cigarette. L’hôtel est assez vétuste. Seul le petit déjeuner vaut la peine. Copieux et varié.
