This hotel is located within a walking distance from the city center so you do not have to worry about finding any means of transportation to get from the hotel to the Cathedral or Petite France area. There is an underground parking garage that costs EUR 11 a day, and there is an elevator that will take you from the garage to the hotel lobby. People at the reception are very friendly and, apparently, multi-lingual. The breakfast is not included in the room rate, and there are 2 types of breakfast there that cost around EUR 8 and EUR 15.50 (I don’t remember the exact price). In my opinion it is a little expensive for breakfast, and you should be able to find better options outside the hotel. The room we stayed at was large with a double and a sofa bed so it easily accommodated three people. There was a large flat-screen TV, a mini-bar and a safe in a room, and Wi-Fi signal was pretty strong. I believe it is a very good choice to stay in this hotel while visiting Strasbourg because of the room accommodations, the price of the rooms, and the hotel location itself.

Excellent position but....”

Hotel is in an excellent position close to Gare and city centre and walking distance to most attractions....rooms very clean and hotel facilities excellent....had a problem with air conditioning...it didn t cool the room even set on lowest setting..tech team were to look at it but hadn't arrived in our four day stay...the housekeeping was iffy..the lass was good with bathroom and floors but after the first day no tea,coffee,milk sugar etc was replaced. Had to chase her to get shampoo and conditioner and free bottle of water each day...this was a hassle as the language was a problem. The room wasn't serviced until between 3 and 4 pm each day so we had to leave the room for half an hour for housekeeping.

The hotel is 700 Meter from Strasbourg Station. It's ok because the hotel is very good. will be back in the next trip

Centrally located hotel attached to shopping mall”

Overall very satisfied with the location. Strasbourg Station is 8 minutes walk or 1 train stop away. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel and the train stop is right in front of the hotel. Major attractions are only 15 minutes walk away.

Rooms were modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is located in a mall. It’s also walking distance to the main city attractions. Parking costs Euro 20 per day.

No parking , small rooms , some lights were not working, no shoes for barhroom , no closet for clothes , uncomfy bed it hurted my back and little bit noisy

Excellent room and very spacious. Carpark is a bit confusing though, and as other europe hotel, garage entrance is very small, people with big cars gonna be aware of this. Other than that, all is good !

Best location ”

The hotel is just so near to the old town. There’s even a tram and bus stop in front of the hotel. A mall connecting the hotel. It’s really convenient to go around the city. The breakfast has good choices. The staff are nice and smiling. Highly recommended hotel.

Superbe localisation, à côté de la gare et à deux pas du centre historique. Chambre spacieuse bonne literie mais oreillers vraiment pas terrible. Petit déjeuner plutôt bon mais assez frugal en terme de choix. Personnel très aimable.
