the location is not good, we arrived in the middle of the night and there was nothing to eat, no room service and no help, we ordered food for delivery and they did not help us to get in touch with the restaurant since we do not speak French, at breakfast it was a mess many children running , food finish, really very disorganized, long far from the Novotel standard that we are used to in other places in the world....

The location, facilities, cleanliness, and service of the hotel were all good. However, breakfast was a big disappointment. If you choose this hotel again, you will make a reservation without breakfast. Other than breakfast, it was a really good hotel, and I am willing to book this hotel next time.

Personal de recepción muy poco acogedor”
Llegamos y había un cocktail de algún tipo de evento. El personal de recepción muy estirado, estaban sentados en un sofá, esto no me molestó porque es muy moderno en este aspecto este hotel. Pero llegué y no sabía dónde estaban. El tema de acogida falta, porque vieron que no sabíamos francés, el chico del día de llegada solo sabia francés e inglés. Nosotros nos defendemos poco con el inglés pero además de su seriedad, tampoco se expresaba de una manera lenta e intentando esforzarse de una manera más clara. No sé porqué lo venden para familias porqué realmente es para ejecutivos y para empresas. Eso si, les dieron un detalle a mis hijas. El último día si que había una chica con una sonrisa y que hablabo español. No se trata del idioma se trata de la acogida. Ya no nos apeteció ni consultar cosas respecto a Paris.

넓은 방을 쾌적하게 사용하고 싶어서 예약했으며 확실히 위치는 도심에서 거리가 있지 괜찮았어요 역에서 도보권이고 버스도 잘 이용했습니다 체크인방식이 특이했고 직원들이 매우 친절하며 루프탑바는 예약을 못해 이용하진 못햇지만 가게되면 꼭 예약해서 밥을 먹고싶어요.. 저녁식사도 1층 레스토랑에서 해결했는데 괜찮았고 다만 조식은 다양하진 않습니다.

服务人员都很热情，每天房间都被打扫得干干净净的。房间里还有很大的电视，可以投屏看视频，真的很喜欢，期待下次再来巴黎！
