A great 4-star hotel up to standard”

The room is clean, spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable. Free bottle water is provided daily. Great value for money. However, the hotel restaurant only has limited choices and some were unavailable during my visit.

The breakfast and the parking ”

There is no parking at the hotel, I paid the breakfast online with room ticket (the ticket must included the breakfast) Because I paid the prise for both the room and the breakfast. I arrived and paid again the breakfast, because the employee said : ( I just only had the room and the breakfast not included with the room ) . Then I paid again for the breakfast and that's annoying. They must write that on the website and send it too by the email. The breakfast was expensive too .

Novotel Lille Centre Gares is walking distance from train station and town. Loved our stay there.

Easy to locate and access from Lille Flanders Station. Very helpful front desk staff, especially Max.

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed the indoor games at the reception ( xbox etc). Staff was very helpful but their english was poor. Breakfast was good but can be better.

Nice hotel, but nothing especial”

The hotel was nice. The staff was also nice. The hotel is very close to the train station, however, the area doesn't seem to be a nice or safe area. Overall, it was ok. Nothing special.

Very good hotel”

My stay at this hotel was very good, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff very helpful. The staff also had a good understanding of the English language. The hotel is close enough to the Eurostar train station so that one can walk to of from. I have no problems in recommending this hotel to stay at whilst in Lille.

Great location but small rooms”

novotel garre is a very simple hotel, centrally located, and very near the train stations. it is clean, has a comfortable big bed, and a sofa bed. the bathrooms are clean and functional. all the basic things are in the room, or can be provided, like an iron and adapters. what i liked most was that it had brasseries nearby, where the food was very good. the carrefours nearby was also a great help when we needed something. but best of all was it was the nearest hotel to the grand palais, where we had to walk to everyday. this was to me the best feature as taxi service in lille is not fast and many. sometimes we had to wait up to forty minutes for a taxi to come.

Lekkere rustige, ruime kamers, goed ingericht. Dicht bij de Zenith concertzaal. Personeel vriendelijk, maar traag in de bediening.
