This is a lovely hotel. The grounds are beautiful and there are 10 pools, so it great to just hang out. We stayed Father's Day weekend. My only complaint was that when we got in the pools early Sunday AM, I found clear plastic cups that the hotel had in the area for drinking water. It made me question whether the pools had been cleaned given the # I found. The plastic cracks easily and is quite sharp.

Me and my fiance got invited to a eelcome package here at the villa miriage and ended up becoming members of the diamond resort and are excites to be new owners and cant wait to travel for the rest of our lives. The members worked there hardest to make it happen for us and i appreciate them for all the hard work they did to make us leave happy knowing we will be back.

Got a big, well equipped pretty new and clean apartment. The compound was also clean with sufficient parking close to the apartment. No elevator and restaurants within the resort, so if I understood correctly no breakfast or in room dining. There was a menu one could order from external vendors but it stated delivery time would be 45 minutes. However, numerous excellent restaurants close by. Mind that you will likely be approached by a salesman. The well rehearsed story was about time share purchase or, in our case, deals for stays at some of their other locations. Was way too good to believe and as despite all the talking it wasn't possible to get essential information we left it.

The part that took us by surprise - the price included breakfast - we called to check that it included for All of us 2 adults and kids as the website mentioned ‘max 1 adult’ - they confirmed it is a mistake and it was for All. At check in time we were told Breakfast was not included at all and they did not have any instructions until I showed them email confirmation. At which time Trish who was helping us check is said we will offer for only adults but the voucher she gave us was for 2 breakfast items for max $26 instead of 2 Adult Breakfast vouchers she also mentioned that the breakfast more than enough for 3+ which is very inappropriate to say and not honor what we had included with our stay. The manager across from check in was overhearing every thing but chose not to act. Quite unpleasant and unprofessional. After All this they were I interested in selling us time share at their property??? Please correct your website and make sure Property selected gets the right instructions.

Our room was great with a little mini kitchen that fit our needs. It included free breakfast was sufficient and the lady working the breakfast area was very nice and worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. The facilities as a whole was a bit worn out. The door handle / lock to our room for example was hanging limp and was difficult to operate. The only part of the room that was dirty was the bed quilt. It looked to have some pretty substantial coffee stains on it and needed to be washed. Considering the affordable price, it was a good deal.
