The people in the recption were very frienly, helpful and quick. It's in a good location and has a nice pool. The hotel is however more of a good three star hotel rather than a four star. It's located in an area where nearby there are many good and varied restaurants.

Staff (Sergio) very friendly , room clean and great location for a great price.

Had a great stay in hotel intersuites. Every one is very helpful and the location is perfect. Miguel in the reception is the man and will help you with anything, like the rest of the people in intersuites. If you go to Barranquilla, don’t hesitate, choose hotel intersuites

Overall my experience was positive. There was an initial problem with noise from reconstruction work on my first morning at the hotel. However this was dealt with efficiently and effectively by the staff at reception. I was moved to a new room and experienced no more problems.

The hotel is a very nice and modern building centrally located with a very friendly and professional staff. Buffet breakfast is awesome and includes both, international as well as local cosine.

Staff was very helpful when our room reservation was lost (not the hotel’s fault) and gave us a temporary room until ours was available the next night. They also printed our boarding passes for our flight. Good breakfast. All staff were very friendly.

I stayed here during Carnival so prices were understandably hiked. It was only a 5 minute walk to the main Carnival route so was ideal for this. It is a little hard to give marks out of 5 for Value and Location for that reason.
