I recently stayed there during Feb, 2020 for 5 days and I had very comfortable stay here . The room, food and the location was awesome. Overall the ambiance was very good. The resort have a lovely swimming pool, friendly and politely staff Especially Yalisha (Reception), Pramila ( travel desk) and Alisha Joshi (GRO) Overall good experience and definitely, I will come back again soon

Awesome water view if you can get the water view rooms . I have stayed at a number of hotels at Nepal and can certainly say that they have one of the best customer service team. I would specially like to thank Bikesh Thapa who went out of his way to show us the room facilities at check-in and also upgraded our room to the wonderful Lakeview room.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. Stuff were very cordial and helpful. Food was good. Restaurant stuff were always welcoming. It’s a nice property with a beautiful sight, overlooking lake .phewa. Good value for money. I’ll certainly recommend and visit again.

We choose this property online. I liked the pics so we decided to stay here. I appreciate Mr. Amrit, Manager of the Resort for his cordial behavior and nice hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and wish to visit again. The food is nice, and the staff is good. I recommend one should not miss any opportunity to stay in the resort.

Good bit little expensive ”
The room had a good view of the phewa lake but its expensive. Hotel wad polished and well mannered staff. But its little far from the pokhara market, you just cant take a stroll to thr market or to the restaurants; you have to take taxi Everytime.

1 night at the Waterfront Resort”
Lucky to get a room facing the lake. Loved the verandah views of the lake. The pool was great, had good time there. There was a passage to go to the lake area from behind the hotel. I stayed till late there near the lake front and spent time looking at others fishing while I played football with my 7 yr old daughter besides the lake. Food was a bit expensive but good quality. Near the city, so easy to go to the city and return in the evenings. One of the best resorts in Pokhara to stay at if looking for Lake views.

the resort is value for money, they have one of the beautiful location pokhara. They have the required facilities to spend a good time with family and children as well

Good, clean place, but, nothing great at the property”
The property is clean and staff is great. When we went though, there was some construction going on and the whole afternoon was very noisy. The property also does not have a lot of facilities apart from a swimming pool.

Call property before booking”
Room refrigerator may get extra cost if staying at waterfront. They offer you upgrade with additional money. Staff untrained. Take bug spray with you and spray on the floor and ceiling when staying at waterfront resort. If you like buy new towel for you (waterfront resort may have new towels with extra money). Towels are otherwise manufactured in 2020 or before and never appear white and threads visible due to wear and tear. Cover your face when lying on the bed at waterfront resort, cockroaches may fell from ceiling. If you like unprofessional spa services, waterfront resort is the best with confused staff and unprepared to answer any questions. Spa appointment doesn’t matter when you visit spa they don’t keep appointments record .

It was not a great experience. Planned to stay for a few days but shifted to another place after the first day. The room was on 1st floor facing reception and had a lot of disturbance of vehicle coming to hotel and people having conversations middle of the night and early morning. The food was OK except for lentils which smelled foul. Requested a taxi from the hotel that charged 3 times the normal price (I understand a little surcharge but it was really high for a 2 km or less drive). One of the 4 pillows in the room had black spots like it had mold in it. Booked for the view but will find some other place next time.

In room dining served food with no cover. The receptionist was rude. Rooms were different than the ones which we booked. Not recommended at all.

Excellent stay at Pokhra”
We booked the resort for a day and it offered a wholesome experience. The location is 1.5 kms away from lakeside but on the main road towards annapoorna cable. There are good restaurants in the vicinity plus buffet of the resort is nice. The rooms were very clean and we got a well maintained bathtub in the super deluxe room.

A wonderful hotel a little outside of Pokhara at the shore of Phewa Lake. The beauty and the quiet of the surroundings are fantastic here after the hussle in Pokhara. We had a large room with balcony and view of the pool and lake. Our room was beautifully furnished, it was impeccably clean and daily made, the bed was very comfy. The hotel's staff war very friendly, professional, efficient and always ready to help. Each day we had breakfast and diner at the hotel and were surprised about the great quality and choices in food. The service was perfect, in the hotel restaurant itself, but also in the fantastic little bistro close to the entrance. One of the reasons why we stayed here was the pool area and it did not disappoint... The pool is large, clean and very refreshing. For the sunbeds, even cushions and beach towels were provided. We loved our stay here and spent some perfect days at Waterfront Resort. Highly recommended!
