Everything is comfortable for a short-stay. However, cleanliness is at average. I found some short hairs on the blanket. The staff is helpful. Facilities are basic and in good condition. "You get what you pay for."

My hotel arrange for taxi to return and using taxi meter cost me only Dong 300,000.00 while Airport Taxi using meter cost me Dong 1,520,000.00

There were nice options and it was well stocked. Even as vegetarians we were able to find enough food. We also enjoyed the sauna. It was relaxing and quite memorable.

the hotel is located in a quiet area and not very noisy, you also easy to find stores to have breakfast in the nearby area. the price is pretty nice and the room is perfect. I will go back to stay again.

Clean and Simple”

It's a simple apartment without much frills. Very clean and cosy. I was out most of the day so that was more than enough. And D7 is a new district and Nikko was just a few mins walk to plenty of F&B outlets, convenient store and pharmacy.

Horrible staff receptionist and house keeping”

Why i say that, because i book for my family wife and daughters to stay here, in my disappointment the receptionist name is Ah Hai, don't even want to help carry my wife 2 luggage because my wife was carrying my daughters. he just sit there knowing my wife has a daughters to carry, and my wife did it all by herself to bring it in to the hotel. And this guy(receptionist) just sit there and look at his computer like nothing has happen. And also my room was not made up at all without changing the room toilet tower and with the trash on my dinning table,. and is sting the whole room, The first time i see in hotel the trash on the table, is really terrible. ...so I made a complain but they just say Oh is really is it! Thad's what Ah HAI SAY?? I will not recommend this hotel again the review was not really true about this hotel all alone till I experience it myself so bad the receptionist is ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS REALLY BAD!! I DON'T LIKE TO WRITE REVIEW BAD AT ALL, BUT THIS HOTEL THEY SAY SO GOOD ABOUT IT, NOT TRUE AT ALL. REALLY NOT TRUE AT ALL. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGIAN AND FOREVER. Thanks.
