"What made my stay the best was i never felt uncomfortable, as with anywhere in Thailand, every hotel as it's own uniqueness, but the Charoen is in a class all itself, there was not a need or want that they could not handle or take care of. The only thing that i feel would be of benefit would be a shuttle to certain parts of the city due to their locale, being in udon thani for the first time i was out late and had a difficult time finding the hotel after dark. All in all thumbs up! your a great staff and you do take the time from your daily duties to insure your guests recieve personalized service."

"Perfect place for a stop over in Udon Thani. We are returning customers and the Napalai always is our first choice because of the location that suits us the most. The staff always is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We will defintely return the next time which will be this year in April."

"only the bungalow is very otherwise not nice owner, in addition the said says that it is near the city center in reality there are 4 km on a dangerous road, very poor breakfast, I do not recommend this ressort"

"This place is relatively new, and the people are great. This is a restaurant and bar with some huts outside which are quite comfortable. The location is fantastic, and the food there is great. The wi-fi is strong. Plenty of outlets in the room (if you're always charging things and working on a laptop). Downside was that there really is no breakfast — they need to remove this from their advertisement. I repeat — you will not get any breakfast here! You'll need to walk down the road a ways for that. They do however, have delicious som tam & Gai Yang (papaya salad & grilled chicken). Get the chicken morning or mid-day while it's fresh... delicious!"

"This is a fairly new hotel, with reasonably good rooms. However, they are still developing, in that not all the rooms are fully furnished i.e. ours just had a bed, fridge, wardrobe and desk+stool. No bedside tables or lamps, no table for your suitcase, no table & chairs for the outside veranda. The bathroom had no soap holder, and if someone was having a shower, you couldn't use the toilet without getting wet. There was also no kitchen or place to eat, so we ate breakfast in the foyer, once. The pool is a public pool that is about a 5 minute walk from the room, so you have to pay 80 Baht a day to use it. "

"The stay in the hotel generally is good expect that we dint get to fully utilize the facility as most of the time we were out, aside to that the place has a great view over looking the city as its location is set above the rest, would definitely stay in Napalai again if we were to visit Udon Thani again😊"
